(Notice is placed amongst the notice boards within Cordor exclusivly)
I've had this idea swimming around in my head for a while, on the acquisition of a peculiar skull from the fabled "Gauntlet" and a Large Soulstone of old Thayan origin. I've heard tale of "Talking" or 'Sentient' weapons, with an age old beings soul fused within the weapon, giving it its own personna. I have been wondering if the same could be done on a... less violent object.
The soulstone has been inspected by Mister Indrire, and I have been informed that it does indeed house a soul. I imagine that the owner of such a soul isn't all too entertained with such an uneventful exsistance, and wish to remove it from the stone and into the skull I have. It would at least give some form of communication, at least I hope, as well as an assumed enjoyed alternative.
Along with the proceedure, an accompanied animation sort of spell on the skull would be appreciated. The spell would give some sort of movement to the jaw, if only for some added effect to a verbose skull.
Contact can be made through Speedys,

*Dark figure walks up with a scythe looks at it then he facepalms and writes a quick note*
Note: Well there is at least two things wrong with this note One: Never put up necromancy things up in cordor if you expecally if it invalves keeping a soul. Two: Keeping a soul from moving on is a voilation of Jegal and that of Kelvenmor and is punishable by the Eternal Order if they so want to.
Speaking of which i am going to send this to the eternal order myself.

*Another one of the posters is ripped down and sent to the eternal order headquarters*

*Sabr spies the poster, and lets out a light chuckle. Shaking his head softly, he casts a minuscule enchantment onto the paper, to make it stand out more, and goes about his business.*

*With that she removes one and sends it to the Eternal Order, making a copy which she sends to Jack*

Eir shakes his head after reading over the notice, and scribbles down a brief reply.
Send a letter to Tarkuul, Jackie, or to the necromancers at the Tower.
