Rizzen sees the post and seems thoughtful for a moment. Recruiting Nightshadows have been nigh impossible. Trap or not, such a message calls his attention and he leaves a note.
I happen to have such a ring and I can be found around Underport or Wiltun.
Just seek Rizzen of Twilight.
As an after thought, he adds to the note.
P.S.: I have a few other deity rings.
The notes being probably visible to anyone who comes across them, Rizzen is quite aware of the risks, but leaves it there anyway, confident that anyone can have such a ring - and not necessarily be a Nightshadow.
