This masterful set of plate armour is made of fine steel. However, that's not all there is to it. The breastplate is, in fact, formed by several gleaming white dragon scales, and the thighs, shins and shoulders are all enforced with sheets of similar, but smaller, scales. The scales feel cool to the touch. Armours of this type are manufactured by several smiths in Faerun, and it is not uncommon for dragonslayers to seek one such craftsman in order to wear their defeated foe in a stylish and useful fashion.
