The following letter is sent to heads of prominent communities and towns among Amia and the Trackless Sea - Cordor, Kohlingen, Winya Ravana, Bendir Dale, the Oakmist Vale Grove, Barak Runedar, Wiltun, Howness, Wharftown, the Scions of the Eight, and Nes'ek.

Honored Allies and Friends of the Shrine of Eilistraee;
We reach out to you to inform you of the choosing of a new High Priestess of the Shrine of Eilistraee. With the selection of the High Priestess comes the urge to officially confirm the leaders of the Shrine and to describe what each handles within our community.
The Envoy is the official representative of the Shrine of Eilistraee. The one who fills this role acts as a diplomat to our allies and friends. A few of their many duties are speaking to those who would like to request formal relations or aid from the Shrine as a whole, speak on political matters, or make sure our relations are kept positive with our neighbors. This position is filled by Jud'Vardas Kenlyl.
The Seneschal is the head of security for the Shrine of Eilistraee. Overseeing the management, repair, and upkeep of the golems, the Seneschal's role is a necessary one to keep our residents and guests safe. In times of war they are looked to for taking care of any official aid we may receive from our neighbors. This position is filled by Triel'ithra Zau'ana.
The High Priestess is the overall voice of the Shrine and Eilistraeens as a whole. The High Priestess oversees rites and ceremonies, provides council, inspires those who live within the Shrine of Eilistraee and follow the Maiden, serving as an example of what is best in all of us. She takes care of any disputes among the Shrine's residents. Her role also extends towards the other two, doing the duties of the Envoy and the Seneschal should the need arise. This position is filled by Pellanithra Aurvy'ath.
When the High Priestess is not available the Envoy and Seneschal act as the Shrine of Eilistraee's leaders. Should the Envoy or Seneschal be unavailable, our allies and friends can speak directly with the High Priestess about the same matters they would to either the Envoy or Seneschal.
If there are any concerns or issues that have thus far not been addressed due to the absence of a High Priestess, then we kindly ask those be forwarded to our new High Priestess to be settled.
