Tacted notices were presented among various locations on Amia. Cordor East, in the market hall. Kampos, on their board. Cordor West, pinned at the arena. Bendir Dale, in the inn. A copy would be delivered to Wiltun's keep, so it may be inspected. The notices would be seen being posted by a halfling male, dressed in green and black.
Harpers of Amia
People of Amia! A secret organization that is dedicated to clutching their claws into our daily affairs has risen! Hidden in the shadows, the harpers secretly influence parts of our lives, seeding their way into each of our individual governments so they might use it towards their own agendas. Such actions of willful deceit cannot be tolerated. Below, I have compiled a small list of members of the order - so it will be known that they have nothing else but their own personal gains in mind!
You might ask, how would the actions of a few cause such a roaring impact upon our lives? I will state a true example. It has recently come to my attention that the harpers have changed the outcome of local halfling settlement Bendir Dale's mayoral elections. Using foul trickery and magics, they rigged the outcome in their own personal favor, granting a person power so they may use it towards their own advantage. What interests they have in the halfling village anyone might guess, but could you only imagine what they'd have in store for your residence? Where did I hear this from? A proxy from Bendir's very own newly elected mayor. Having been approached by them after the fact, and informed of this - did it leak to myself.
Such is an outrage that they would have the AUDACITY to change a democratic process for their own gain, and because of such, I will now inform you of their members!
A Muldhorandi priestess named Talyne. I'm personally not sure what political affiliations she has marked herself in, if any. Yet one thing is abundantly clear, she is not serving YOUR interests.
The warrior named Samantha. Often seen frequenting about Cordor and Kohlingen - this woman is an assured member of the organization. What gains she desires from these places? I will leave it for the people to interrogate her and figure this out.
A woman whom I have heard that goes by Emmy. If my suspicions are correct, this woman is Emile Everguard. Some might consider her a hero by her acting of forming the Branded Pheonix, a guerrilla strike force whom was influential in the downfall of Colin Reyes. Now this woman has lowered herself to seeding into this spy group.
I wrote this because I am a citizen of Bendir Dale, and they have performed a terrible act by influencing something that was not theirs. So I repay the Harper's with my own words. Closing this notice, I will merely state one thing for your order.
Stay out of Bendir Dale, or I'll kill each and every one of you.

The copy that was pinned inside of the Bendir Dale inn has been thus taken down, and repeatedly so if it was to return.

A hin male can be seen standing in the rain in Bendir Dale speaking to Rosary and two others. He holds a parchment in hand which he waves animatedly at times as he speaks.

The ranger, Crow, takes a copy from Cordor's Market Hall. He's not in his regular armor, but rather in decent casual clothes, a cloak of Mielikki on his back, and a single, priceless sword on his hip. The man leaves with an elven female, bearing a similar cloak, also in casual clothes.
Later, they can be seen sitting near the fountain in Kohlingen, browsing over the note. The man may let out a chuckle, when he comes to the names on the list. The note is tucked away, thereafter.

If spotted before being taken down at all, Aedan reads the notice over in bafflement. He simply says "Ohhhh shit. What have they gotten themselves into?..." to himself and nabs whatever copy of the notice he was looking at, at the time.

A small woman in a pointy hat seems to copy the names from the notice in West, then moves on without comment.

In West Cordor the infamous tiefling of the area eyes over one of the sheets with a roll smoking away in his lips, he exhales a large plume of smoke at the sheet once read and smirks, shaking his head. He didn't seem to care for the affiliation.

An elf clad in dull steely full plate, with a large wicked great axe hanging from his back noted the notice. Reading it in full before he continues to browse the papers upon the board. Some may recognize him as 'Phiiro'. Idly adjusting the axe, he shakes head and wanders, eyes fixed upon the path ahead.

A certain, accused blonde warrior seemed to have discovered one of the notes, eventually. If anyone was to watch her movements, Bendir Dale was not where she headed first. However, after some time, she did seem to make it there. She was definitely seen by some walking straight in the town's gates with little fear, in her typical manner, finding a sprite-like hin to escort her to the impromptu discussions other citizens were holding in the Hinn Inn. It was almost as if young Connor was meant to be waiting there, meant to be her guide.. and protector?
In the discussions, it was rumored that some of the other specific accusations were about disguises, shifting, illusion magic and more! Samantha herself was only inside briefly before it seemed she was kicked out by the gang of citizens, or perhaps she left due to the threats on her life. Regardless, she went on her way in the same manner as she came.
Strangely, she still did not seem very worried. However, some other people did start to approach the warrior. Questions, questions, questions. Did anyone really know the truth?

Any notices that were taken would be replaced over time. Curiously, a name would be stricken from any of the remaining postings that weren't removed.
Meanwhile, a simple response would be scrawled on the bottom of the mysterious posting in Cordor. (assuming one of them was there)
"I only listed those whom have offended me, friend! While a list I do have, sometimes it's better to provoke stupid responses from the population."
A childish smiley face would be scrawled at the end of the last sentence.

In response, a notice is placed looking to have been scribbled by a five year old, and the spelling is atrocious.
"Philly Fopdoodel, Gillee Wet Fut, Gobermouch, Mumblcrus, Snoutban. Now ware be tha monee? Er am I be lyin er sayan tha trufe? Can nay no wif tha kinda gold te git. Ar ye daff er jus an ignuranus?"

After a quick reading she says:

She lets out a small giggle and moves on.
