At the fringes of most settlements, a lone figure dressed in the robes of a Monk of the Old order can be seen watching people go about their lives at peak moments of the day.
If he was approached he would simply dash off deeper into the Shadows not to return for hours. This ritual would continue for several days.

On a commute northward out of Cordor, a green cloaked figure gave consideration to the robed monk. Though the wagon rolls down the road, curiosity took hold of him for a fleeting moment, detouring for a more foot based journey through the frontier.
