ANNOUNCING

╬ The Magisterium Mortis has a new Headmaster ╬

Though the City of Knowledge stands strong against the tooth of time, its tides affect us all
as they bring changes and turmoil to the calm waters of our existence. In the light of these
events, on this day, the Council of Tarkuul is proud to announce to the citizens of Tarkuul and
Amia that the new Headmaster of the Magisterium Mortis has been elected into the office!
Henceforth, Headmaster HoJo, one of the most dedicated and talented mages that roam
the City of Tarkuul, shall succeed the work of High Arcanist Lucius Blackwater and thus begin
a new era in the 2,000 years long tradition of the Academy.

"Headmaster HoJo has my full support in this, naturally, for I initiated the change, after all. I am stepping down as the Headmaster,
but the office of the High Arcanist of the Tower of the Damned shall remain in my hands, for it requires a certain set of skills. We are
going through a quiet period and that is good as the citizens of Tarkuul are free to pursue their dreams in peace. The vision of the
Archmage Tark is unraveling itself at a steady pace and I am fully confident that Headmaster HoJo shall restore the Magisterium Mortis
to its former glory. May the Vaunted grant him Knowledge and Power." said the ex-Headmaster for Tarkuul's Nightly News. As stated
above, Lucius Blackwater shall retain a title of the High Arcanist and keep taking care of the magic in the city.

The Living City is inviting all the scholars and the truth seekers to seek the Headmaster HoJo of the Magisterium Mortis and file an
application to the Academy of Tarkuul. In the next edition of Tarkuul's Nightly News an exclusive interview with the Headmaster
shall be published.
