Signs show up in Wiltun, the Mill, Bendir, and East Cordor. Put there by a certain raven haired half elven Lady.

The signs are regularly checked on/replaced but this time with a small note added to the bottom.
There will be an opportunity for you to get your questions answered by Lord Avadon and Wardens in Fortress Wiltun in a few days time. If interested make your way there and learn about how you can make a difference and have an honorable job with a purpose!

Where these signs are found, a message specifying an upcoming meeting is left as a notice. It explains that the newest round of recruits will be swearing themselves in but that the meeting will be open to those curious about Wiltun and its work.
All are encouraged to attend with questions and inquiries.
//This meeting will be held tomorrow, Sunday, starting around 2:00 - 2:30 pm EST.

This morning, Wiltun messengers can be found at each publicly posted sign. They seem to be standing by to provide directions to the nearest boat that can carry those interested to fortress Wiltun for the informational meeting.

The signs are put up on a fairly regular basis and checked often by the half elven Admiral.

New signs with slightly different wording are put up once more on a regular basis.

Signs are checked by the raven haired Admiral and her red-haired companion on a regular basis. Any in bad shape are replaced or fixed up before they continue on their way once more.
