The Magisterium Mortis
The Magisterium Mortis is dominant arcane research institute of Tarkuul, a circle of scholars and
spellcasters, who work towards completing the goals appointed by the city and the council. The
purpose of the Magisterium Mortis is advancement of Knowledge, the Living City, and the
ambitions of it's members. Results are rewarded. Power follows the advancement of knowledge.
The Magisterium Mortis is now offering research grants to outside researchers with additional
benefits offered for membership. Researchers will be paid a stipend for research along with access
to facilities. Weekly to bi-weekly reports on the progress of research will be expected, and payment
will be contingent on progress. Interested applicants should fill out a copy of the application included
below to Gerald Edmund at the Tower of the Damned in Tarkuul.

Projects currently seeking researchers include the following:
- Negative Energy
Potential as an energy source in artifice and the harassing for use and production.
- Skin, bone, and limb grafts, and blood and essence transfusions
Research into the field of transmutive grafts and cross species transmutations to
supplement the study transhuman modification.
- Dragon Disciples and their Alchemical Applications
The study of the formative processes and physical/metaphysicalmproperties of those
whom have either infused themselves with draconic essence or woken their draconic
heritage to empower themselves for the purposes of reproduction and mass production.
- Research projects outside the realm of what is listed are negotiable, include a detailed project proposal for
