"A Hill South East of Bendir Dale is now claimed by Budly Bundly and shall be known as The Bundly Hill"

Signed Budly Bundly, nothing else is said. Just the claim proclaimed.

Occupants would note a rather tall angelic figure who patrols the area and seemingly tends to certain sections he heads further out and can be seen in the mornings and evenings most of the time.

The old Hin is seen looking for this angelic man as he hears he still frequences the area.

Dear reader.

I was told that the last person who tried to do something with this hill had been removed. It seems he still lurks around the land but I mean no harm. If you wish to discuss this with me, find me.

But since the hill is under my claim at the moment I shall speak of how I envision the future of this place.

It is a land with legacy, a land within close proximity of Darkhold. But I see a future for this Ruin Hill as Sanctuary Hill and that is what I shall rename it. A place for all who behave themself to be welcomed, those who wish no harm upon others and need a save harbour for a moment. To have this place return to some kind of former glory and be a safe haven. I envision a permanent vanguard to keep an eye on Darkhold and other things. To see to that these undead beings and other local pests like trolls, orcs and goblins do not grow in to large numbers so they become a real threat. I see a secure zone in the future, a bastion of hope where events can be held, where auctions can be held, story nights, safe guarding refugees and a stalwart zone that can withstand the changing tides of this very island. Any support of any kind is welcomed, any complains is also welcomed. I shall listen to it, I shall see what it says. But for now this is what I see for the coming time.

My vision of this old hill is to me a vision of something worthy of the place.

I'd absolutely love to sit down and have a talk with you about the area and what future awaits the lands. I currently maintain a small out post in the bay and regularly lay the unruly unread to rest. I constantly patrol the area and Dark hold to ensure the numbers of unread are thinned regularly. Ruin Hill has been a pet project of mine for a while now and due to some unfortunate communicative means I feel it necessary to speak with you on the matter at hand and keep you well informed of what has been done, the history and the current 'political' matters that may or may not come attached with undertaking such a project. I currently maintain the post in the bay on the small island. Feel free to stop by and utilize any of our donations to assist in any manners. My self and a few unsung heroes maintain these areas to ensure they are safe and no undead encroach upon society. I am reachable via Currier to Kohlingen, or message at the small out post camp site in the bay; you may leave a written message to the Snowy owl and it will be delivered to me.

Sometime in the morning, a skunk seems to have wandered through ruin hill.
Worse, something must have startled it, because the area is foul with
deliberate skunk sprayings.

It appears the winged individual is often a busy person and follows a strict routine day to day of various activities. A letter or notice of meeting may be the best approach.

A couple of rangers from the Grove might be seen in the area, passing through, or lingering, perhaps even encouraging the local wildlife to return to the homes they were ousted from.

A very angry Hin is seen returning to the Hill. He sits atop the old structure by sunset and by the day he is seen feeding and looking after animals in need, glaring angrily at people passing by. In one corner inside the old ruin is a planted turnip plant and one potatoe plant. Far from the "dream" scenario the little Hin had in plan for the place.

Some time during the night, another skunk wandered into the area of Ruin Hill. Funnily enough it stopped as if to read the new sign there.
If a skunk could look smug, this one did. Apparently the hill didn't need a fresh infusion of stink, and the skunk left as quietly as it had come.

The Archmage is a regular sight around the Hill, plotting down plans for... something.

The Grumpy Hin would return with a lone door the next day, new traps had been spread out around the hill aswell, morely aimed at humanoid than animal. By sunset he is seen siting by a small fire inside the ruins, a wolf the old grumpy hin probably found in the woods, seemingly he has a very one way conversation with it.

Several sets of dire wolf tracks splatter the area around the lone ruin, some leading to, and back from the Bendir Bay area, as well.

Upon returning in the evening, after having a talk with one of the local Druids, the old Hin would try to track the wolves to locate them and see where they lived.

The dire wolf tracks lead out through the Trader's Refuge, then get lost amongst various other tracks in the Amian Frontier.

In the bay there would be a simple out post- a campsite that often has a warm fire. A young half eleven girl seems to tend the site. If approached by visitors she would query if there was anything they needed help with or if they would like to join in the laying of undead to rest. For any one querying for the angel winged being it appears he may have some time to set aside tomorrow to speak with others.

This can be seen upon the hill.

Good day.

To all who has a stake in this or care about the hill. I have put down time of late to study the history and background of the hill. Most wicked deeds has happended here many have disappeared. There is no current claimant to the hill, non official atleast according to Cordor City Hall or d'Cordor Duchal knowledge, mayhaps someone else has layed claim to it but I do not know of that nor did these two know of any. It is an old Cordor claimed that been retracted after Cordors retreat and return to a City State.

I there for, in the name of Clan Bundly claim the hill as ours. Know that by my claim and my knowledge I shall aim to learn more of the cursed Hill and it's grim background and aim to purify it of the cursed darkness that lingers upon it. This is my goal and I shall do my best to research it when I have time away from my other duties I must commit time to.

All those who wishes to oppose my claim might aswell give up, there is nothing for you upon this hill and you shall have much more problems than me if you try to claim it for yourself. Many before me has tried and mayhaps many after me will keep at it. But nature presence is strong here and the Druids of the Grove wish it not to be taken away from nature. To them I promise this aswell, I shall try to remove the unnatural aura this place utters and the dead it claimed.

From the shadows, a dark clad female appears, tacks a note under Budly's with a non-descript dagger using a gloved hand. She then looks to see if anyone was watching and retreats back to the shadows.

A woman clad in black, with wispy shadows trailing her figure sees the latest posting and cackles wildly before disappearing into the shadows leaving no trace.

Budly noticing this on his usual promenade to the hill midday every second day would inspect the trees, trying to find any tracks or other leftover things. He would now know that this place do either attract some really weird folks or the curse is back in action. He would from now on return each day to look for new signs, tracks or other oddities that might occury. He would also be sure to leave a note with his fellows in Bendir Dale and bring bit him a bit of old, dry bread for some reason.

Upon returning home from his search of the area he found the notes, sighing deeply.

A pair of rangers inspect the slashed trees, with an older hin.

The small Elven Ranger with her known pack of dire wolves following her, continues to make frequent visits to the Ruin Hill, though she tends to stay a bit longer at times, seeming to feel out the area and speaking to.. plants? every now and then. Sometimes, she tries to encourage the local wild life to return back to their home there, a slow but patient progress.

The small camp of the old Hin has layed dormant for many days now. The small tent collapsed in on it's own. A hawk frequents the ruin, seemingly put itself at home in there. Some who seen Selthurin would recognize it as old Hin Budlys hawkish companion.

There may be less evidence of activity in the area, but nature sees, with the trees, and the birds, and bees (that may have escaped from North Cordor, not saying it is related to a certain ranger who only wanted a taste of honey, while he was gathering wax, and had to flee from a horde of angry stingers), though large wolf prints might still cross the area at times.

Anyone passing by or walking over the Ruin Hill would notice nothing short of a warzone on the Hill, It looks like a bunch of high ranking mages had passed by while under attack of a legion.

Some time around midday, the shadowy figure of Roach could be seen approaching several adventurers, notably among them, Rosary the hin. After some time, a portal opened, and dozens of demons spewed forth. When the fighting was over, one human male had fallen, and he may or may not have had an elf-sized footprint on his face. Roach offered a hug to Rosary who apparently was suffering from... something. Then, she disappeared back into the shadows.

During her regular patrols through the Ruin Hill, Elrith sighs heavily as it earns up to it's name, Ruined. But with quiet determination, she sets to work by helping heal any of the damaged foliage or any animals that may have been in the cross fire of whatever happened. She doesn't do much with the plants except heal any damage and encourage a bit of growth as she mainly let's nature set to work, her large dire wolves watching the area as she works and stays close to their Elven Ranger. Once she's done she rubs her forehead a moment before quietly leaving as she came.

After learning of the damage to this particular area, Crow arrives and assesses the damage caused to nature, with a frown. The ranger notes the healing initiated by his wife, the previous day, and he adds to her efforts with his own, casting spells of growth and recovery amidst the ruined plant life, and aiding nature a bit from the onslaught of violence done to her. Prayers are spoken as well, in the name of Mielikki, to help the ecosystem recover, and encourage the wildlife to return. The ranger then disappears towards the east.
