A rather short note is posted on the noticeboard at Kampo's

Given that my last one was destroyed long since prior to my arrival on this strange Island, I find that I am in need of a carpenter with the skills to create a proper caravan wagon. I am willing to pay 200.000 Gold pieces to whomever my builder may be. Leave a notice here and I will meet with you in person to discuss further details.
