Posted on the Bendir Dale notice board in the Common language would be a note explaining that one miss Eli'wyl Valenfar is looking for someone to teach them how to make their own bows & arrows.

In addition; Posted on Winya Ravana's in Elvish would be the very same message. Both messages directing anyone interested in tutoring to seek the tutee out in the Dale. Both signed in their respective languages by Eli'wyl Valenfar.
