Under the note in Wharftown and Demonsreach, quickly an answer would be pinned...
Razul is a murderer and he aims to use said Artifacts to destroy Amia and possibly other islands and coasts in the name of his god. He was the one who stole the Artifacts and the Hostage is on the Riptide because we have saved her.
Anyone wishing to claim the bounty will face nothing but death and it will not be quick.
So if you do not care for the details and simply for the money, imagine what someone worth a bounty this big is capable of.
- Captain Olivia Sykes

A note, in completely different handwriting, is added. Should anyone had been watching, a young lad tack them up, no older than 13.
I shall leave the Captain's absurd lies for all to see.
I am Pasha Anidani. Captain Sykes' actions extend beyond Amia.
They broke in to Calimport's Prison, perhaps with the aid of Calimport's Thieves Guild, to rescue two criminals from our maximum security section. During this debacle, they killed a guard and murdered one of Calimport's Sultans at the beach when approached about their illegal docking.
Their desires continue more so, I have received news they sold illegal goods to Chalkcliff to fund their cruel conquest. Those who may believe the front these so-called Sailors put on, are simply blind to the fact that they are nothing more than cunning pirates with no morals.
The money is secondary to those who wish to perform justice. Alongside Razul's offer, I place my own down of claim over their Riptide Ship and their assets upon aiding Razul in their task, if they bring the Captain to myself.
-Pasha Anidani, of Calim.

A female red disciple takes a copy of the bounty from Wharftown and leaves a note with a red dragon stamped on.
"You have garnered my interest, Pasha Anidani."

A notice is left underneath one of the bounties,
"I have your information. Leave word for me in the Amian Forest.

Beneath the post in Wharftown and Demonsreach alike is another note, written in writing neither elegant nor sloppy, but clear and legible.
Let it be known that I, Mihaela-Luminița Sămășescu, Paladin of Ilmater and Oathsworn of the Order of Imperator, know the truth to these matters. Seek me out in Cordor or Bendir Dale if anyone desires to learn the veracity of Captain Sykes' words, and I shall speak the truth as I know it, in the Crying God's name.
Further, let it be known that anyone who seeks to assist a nation of slaving filth and lying scum in advancing their mission of domination and tyranny shall know the wrath of the Lord on the Rack's servant. Slavery and its advocates have no place on Amia, and the Lord's mercy is not reserved for those who treat men and women alike as chattel.

A few postings are made public in Hangman's Cove:
"Where ever you are Razul I have the information you seek about the 'sea creatures'. I'm tiered of this upstart stealing my thunder with her hack crew of the 'riptide'. I'd like to help you get rid of my competition so the Siren's Call can take the waters un impeded. You can contact me by leaving word in Hangman's cove at the inn or cat house. If you want to talk in person come to the west in Cordor and seek me out. Captain of the Dauntless crew- Tempo"

Ania would pass through Wharftown during her usual ferry trips for supplies. Upon seeing the unfolding responses, she would simply facepalm and mutter "More friends for the island, it seems."

A note was attached near the original bounty posted in Demonreach.
I would advice anyone to think twice before placing their trust in a bounty on a noticeboard that promises ridiculous amounts of gold.
