These can be found at Kampo's, Bendir Dale, the Grove, Wharftown, Cordor, and the Salandrians. They're put up by a tall man with large white feathered wings and his runty elf-like female companion.  //Aiming for this Sunday (Sept. 15) at around 3pm EST/noon PST |

The notice posted in Wharftown would be taken down, not by the Guard's themselves, but by a tall, hooded figure, he studied the parchment with a very twisted grin upon his unseen face underneath his hood. "Seems like we found our prey, boys." Behind the man, emerge five other figures, each cloaked and obscured from the eyes of the townsfolk, the main figure waved his hand as they all walked off, leaving the parchment paper on the ground, and stepped upon. |
