These things are no longer hung up at the crime and patrol board, but is kept in the Dale records. All residents and Militia personnel alike may request to see these records at the Town hall. For residents and Militia members who cannot read hin, these records may also be lead aloud to them. These records, however, are not open to non-residents without permission. Horseman Death's Lover: Elven female, scantily clad, follows on Death's heels like a lovesick puppy. She is pale, with green eyes, and red hair. About five and a half feet tall.

Banites - Typically wear green and black. The symbol of Bane is a green gauntlet clenched around some green rays of light. Known Banites: Darthion, Mard, Maal, the Bloodbeards (Duergars in red and black), Aristelle, Alex, Mhal Korynn, Amontep (scarred), Aram Ken, Kalithia LeBrune, Devantis, Balmor, Lyonsbane, Bross, Gurth Balmor, Vylek, Ky'vael Requiem, Saurfang.

The Flargs (Conspiracy Against Bendir Dale, Assault) - Hobgoblins. Tend to speak to themselves in the third peron.

Mog (Murder, robbery, assault, Public Disturbance) - Blue clothed, gnome, large shield, kukri. Very sneaky and sly.

Tarick (Murder, Robbery, Rioting, Assault, Public Disturbance)- Tiefling in black armor, and red skin. Scimitar, towershield. Very muscular and strong.

Tyd (Hostile Spellcasting, Assault, Public Disturbance) - an old mage in various colored robes. Refers to himself as the great Tydarius.

Kas'udi (Assault, mental instability)- Snow elf, often skimpy clothing, great sword, speaks oddly... you know her.

Droon (Mass Murder, Summoning Undead) - Dark armor, towershield, bastard sword, Symbol of Falazure, Human. Break his sanctuary and he goes down easy. Should be killed as soon as he's seen.

Viscer (Mental Instability, Assault, illegal shifting, failure to comply) - A kobold, often shifts between various dragon forms.

Vargach/Yoaral (Assault, murder, mental instability, failure to comply) - A kobold, blue, with armor and a scimitar. Unordinarily strong as kobolds go, but he's still a kobold. Non-negotiable ban, remove him without delay. Goes by both names.

Ryan (Assault, Murder) - Dragonkin palemaster, scimitar, towershield. For best measure, bring back up.

Flur (Slaving, murder) - Kobold, gem-tipped staff, usually has a thrall or small entourage of kobolds with him. Travels with a summoned red dragon.

Milfred Emptybelly (Murder x3, Acts against Bendir Dale, Deviant Spell Casting, Assault on hin x4) - Halfling mage, bone arm, yellow coat, mustache, staff, forward spiked helmet of rainbow colors. (Possibly Deceased)

Domovoi (Conspiracy to commit murder, murder x4, Assault on hin x3) - Human, red and gold armor. Uses a scimitar like every other bloody palemaster trash. Cleric of unknown faith, employs instant-killing death hits. Most likely drunk or extremely stupid. Potion-chugger.

Rhip'zish Emberblaze: (old Wyrmhold high executioner) - Immediate removal - red dragon-kin female, short hair, wears revealing clothing

Draklaw Emberblade: (old Wyrmhold leader) - Immediate removal - wears robes, most likely red dragon-kin

Dentiah: (old leader of the Flight) - Immediate removal - bone wings and tail, wears spiked helm, wears black and grey armor, highly skilled with scimitar and rapier, uses Epic Mage Armor in combat

Izzymir Tinnerai (Formerly Izzy) - Drow female necromancer. Follower of Kiaransalee. Is capable of summoning a large construct. Has an undead rotting dragon familiar. Prefers to use Wail of Banshee often.

Samantha of Bahamut: Barred for murdering a man after verbal debate in clear violation of Law I and hence is no longer welcome within the walls of Bendir Dale until further notice.

Audrey's name is removed from the Banite section.

Asmodai and Card are pulled from their 'Kill On Sight' status, but remain banned.

The hin know as Kief is hereby banned from Bendir Dale for repeated refuseal of adhereing to Dale law. He is to be removed by whatever force necessary and is not allowed to linger anywhere.

Yufie is banned from Bendir Dale. Yufie is a red haired female hin who sometimes goes by 'Kit'.

Roim (male hin mage) is banned from the Dale for interfering with militia operations and ignoring authority while being on warning to behave himself after the attempted desecration of a body and the double murder of Waldo. He is to be given a warning and asked to leave peacefully, as well as surrender his deed of residence. Should he wish to appeal his ban, he can send Breazy to Mayor Torrowfire personally to do so.

Libba (lightfoot hin, claims to follow the scamp, often helmeted, cleric-thing, mustache'd) is banned from Bendir Dale for many, many reasons.

Krugan si Palas (beads in his black hair, shadowdancer, human) is banned for conspiracy and criminal mischief.

//This notice is NO LONGER PUBLICLY DISPLAYED. It can be requested to be shown to any residents of Bendir Dale through the Town Hall, but is otherwise off limits to non-Militia members and non-residents. Military personnel and other people of authority may share information on the list.

If requested at the Town Hall, residents may also review the crime and physical description of banned individuals that used to be on the board. Residents who are not familiar with hin may ask for the physical description or the crime of a given individual on the list to be read, if they choose to do so. To add someone to our list, a consent must first be given by the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor, Captain of the Blades, Captain of the Shields, or the Council. No residents nor militia member may, under any circumstances, add people to our list without consulting one of the above mentioned leaders of the Dale.

Always give a warning to these individuals to leave the Dale peacefully. Violence is to be used as last resort. Any residents and visitors who assist these criminals and otherwise banned individuals listed below to enter inside our walls or residential districts, without proper authorization from the above mentioned leaders of the Dale, will result in immediate criminal sanctions.

- Kill on Sight -

These individuals, while to be killed on sight, must be given at least a single warning to leave the Dale lands. They are only allowed to travel the main roads outside of the walls. If they are to linger, however, they may be removed by any means necessary. In cases which these individual poses an immediate threat to the Dale, residents and visitors may be deputized to remove the threat.

- Banned Individuals -

The following individuals are banned from the Dale. They are only allowed to travel along the main roads. Any criminals found loitering outside our walls are to be given a warning, and may be removed by force upon their failure to comply. Residents and visitors are advised to defer to the Militia regarding these individuals and should not resort to violent removal unless they pose an immediate threat.

- Banned Groups -

The following groups are banned from the Dale without exception unless otherwise stated, even if individuals of these groups are not found on our known list below. Exceptions will be signified by the possession of our insignia, which the individuals are required to show upon request.

Since Laurel has taken office, these records of crime and description of banned individuals are kept for office records only. Those residents of the Dale and members of the Militia may request these information for their own reference openly, but is not publicly available on the board as it was before. Nor is it in hin, so that non-hin residents and Militia may now be shown these reports.

The following individuals are banned from the Dale for their wicked association with Cyric, Bane, Lolth, and Velsharoon.

Max Moriaty - Blackguard of Cyric. Tan human male, looking to be in his late twenties. He carries a sword, possibly bastard. He seems tall and lean, though muscular at the same time. He is also bald.

Colin Moriaty - Mage, mustache, wearing black and red colors, carries a red tipped staff. Associate of Lilith and travels with a brother who is a Cyricist and a blackguard.

Kehurin So'Anurith - A well known Banite mage. He wears his Banite robes, with the symbol of Bane clearly visable. He is known to summon a red dragon and hurling hellballs, wields a white staff, and traditional black, grey and green robes of the Banite Church.

Serina - Pale skinned tiefling with horns, using large blade in a single hand with a shield. Believed to be a cleric. Works under Kehurin, the above mentioned Banite.

Theros - Lolthite and known murderer of the Fair Folk and members of the Grove. He appears elven all in all with raven hair. Summons a Baatezu and Air Elemental.

John Swampwood - Mangler of corpses and follower of Velsharoon. Human with black hair and facial hair. Wears a black refined suit and a cloak with symbol of Velsharoon

Raiyen Banthan - Banned from his former membership with the Horseman and continued path of wickedness. Also a known necromancer. Is accompanied by a pseudodragon named Barta.

Former Members of the Horsemen - This is not a new ban. Their ban was never lifted from the Dale. Do not let these individual come inside our walls or our residence. Known members aside from Raiyen Banthan include the like such as the hin, Prescia, and female mage, Terra.

These are the known list of above mentioned group who are banned from the Dale due to their own evil and incompetence. Members of the Militia and residents alike are advised to file a report to add any other names to this list for known individuals belonging in these groups.

Please note that the absence of name DOES NOT mean individuals belonging to above mentioned group are not banned. It only means that their names have yet to be added to our list.

- Known Banites -

All Banites are to be immediately removed. Typically wear green and black. The symbol of Bane is a green gauntlet clenched around some green rays of light.

- Known Cyricists -

All Cyricists are to be immediately removed with no discussion. Cyric's symbol is a white jawless skull on black or purple sunburst.

- Known Sharrans -

All Sharrans are to be immediately removed. Shar's symbol is a black disk with a deep purple border.

- Known Cultists -

These cultists were active many months ago. While some of them have not been seen on the isle for a long while, others have continued to persist in their wicked ways. They are to be immediately removed.

- Known Former Horsemen -

While the Horsemen are known to have disbanded, these individuals continue to pursue the path of wickedness and destruction. Their ban from the Dale was never lifted and therefore will continue to be banned. They too are to be immediately removed.

- Order of the One -

This is a cult devoted to the worship of the devil based in the old Thayan base on top of the Skull Crags, which uses a ruby as the key to it's door. As the Dale does not permit any worshipers of fiendish powers, all members of this cult are to be banned without exception. All followers are to be immediately removed.

This list can be found in the Town Hall, written in Common, for all residents.

Dear Citizens,

We now have our own insignia made by our beloved former Mayor, Lyle Torrowfire, to signify our trust and friendship to those that would otherwise be banned under the current laws of the Dale.

All citizens are to reference this list whenever there is a doubt about whether or not certain member of the banned race should or should not be inside the Dale. You may also inquire the individual in question to show their insignia to you, though such request ought to be made with utmost respect and sincerity.

The following citizens may escort specified members of the banned races within the Dale at their discretion. Please take note that citizens who otherwise escorts a member of the banned race despite their lack of authority will most likely receive criminal sanctions.

After investigating the event in question, Samantha of Bahamut is no longer banned here from the Dale.

"Lung" is here by banned from the Dale for incompetence and danger to society. Despite the dwarf's ban, do not threaten this man with violence. Give him ample opportunity to leave peacefully, if at all possible. He is an open worshiper of Talona, who can be identified by an armor covered in muck and fungus, maggots crawling around the crevice of his armor, inflammations and pustules of his balding head with greasy beard, and carries potions and salves around his waist. He is banned for the unabashed worship of Talona and the risk he brings to the Dale and its residents for his refusal to clean himself of maggots, roaches, and other disease carriers.

Alaranna's name is moved to individuals pending review. Ilias's name is also added to those pending review.

Yudann Am'Anodel's name is added to the list of individuals pending review.

Former Mayor Lyle Torrowfire is once again added to the list that can escort members of any of the banned races.

Krin Tarvencia is hereby banned from the Dale for his association with Banites. He is half-elven male sorcerer with tan skin, blue-black hair with a bit of a sheen to it with blue green eyes. He is known to always wears flat black.

Breazy is hereby banned from the Dale for failure to follow-up with Mayor Torrowfire's trial, refusal to cooperate with Mayor Torrowfire's term of the trial, conspiracy against the Dale, constant lawbreaking, cavorting with known enemies of the Dale, allowing enemies of the Dale inside the Dale grounds, failure to obey authority, threats against Mayor Torrowfire, threats against Mayor Beestinger, threats against known allies of the Dale, and public disturbance. Breazy is a young female hin with dark blond hair, though her attire varies frequently. She is a wizard and can often be seen carrying a mage staff of sorts. Breazy is to relinquish her residence immediately under the orders of Mayor Beestinger and Captain N'sa. All Militia members are to keep in mind Breazy is pregnant and all use of force must be reserved if and only if Breazy was to attack a resident or our visitors.

Cynthia is hereby banned from the Dale for being a known Sharran. Though this tiefling goes by other names such as Sin, she can typically be seen wearing black clothing. Cynthia has two horns on her head, raven black hair, and relatively tanned skin. Like all Sharrans, she is to be removed immediately.

A little something is added later to Cynthia's entry.

Her last name is Swift.

Elorathall is hereby banned from the Dale until further notice for bringing deadly disease into our home. He is a half-elven bard with brown hair tied back in the back. He is rather famous for his arrogance, referring himself as the Prince of the Triumvir. All citizens and Militia members are to keep their distance when encountering this man as he is believed to be contagious with a deadly disease. If at all possible, try to encourage this man into going to the Salandran's Temple. If he was to refuse, he is to be immediately removed from the Dale lands.

Most of these people were banned WAY before my time and I was told there are actual descriptions elsewhere. I just don't know where that is. Maybe held by individual PMs for some. New entries don't do that, as you can clearly see.

It doesn't help that most of the people we ban have NO DESCRIPTION WHATSOEVER in their desc. Not even how tall they are. If they're wearing different outfits, what's to stop them from coming in the Dale? It's against the rules to do that without DM supervision, but we have NOTHING to go off of but what they're wearing.

If any of the older players can help me with this, that'd be appreciated. I already spent hours cleaning this and the other list looking everywhere in the Dale forums.))

I understand that most of them were banned before you, I'm not blaming you for it, but it has to be cleaned up. Anyone who tells you that there are descriptions elsewhere can either provide them, or just assume it doesn't exist. Essentially, they either prove that claim or you assume it incorrect.

Talk to Lyle, Nina, Sally and Lyam about all this. They're the player who have historically had power in the Dale and are still around.

Asmodai - He is an air genasi typically wearing dark blue and black cloths, chain chest plate, black hood, silvery blue skin, tattoos on top of scars, bald and sky blue eyes. Banned for the Dale for assault, murder, constant law breaking, disrespect to hins, and conspiracy against the Dale.

Asmodai's Girlfriend - She is a female elf with dark blue hair, elf face, black and blue tattoos on her legs, black and white boots, black cloak with white sparkles/stars with blue trim. She is banned from the Dale for assault against the Militia.

Card Ashby - Shadowdancing "druid". Banned from the Dale for assault, murder, conspiracy against the Dale. Unhooded, he has light brown spiky hair and strange beard braided. He typically wears robe, hood, staff, and a shield.

"Terro" - Human priest. Typically wears gray spiky armor that looks adamantine in nature. Dark hair long hair. Banned from the Dale for murdering a Militia member within the Dale walls, further murder of other hins in the same day outside the Dale walls.

A very young Elven Male known as Hope.
Fair haired, and usually wears light-coloured clothing and a red cloak, and carries a Mage Staff.

Self-declared pupil of Kehurin, thus a willing associate of Banites, if not yet one himself, though I suspect worse for him, though he won't see sense.

This is for willing association association with the forces of foolishness and evil, fighting alongside them, Dark Necromantic spells, Devil-Summonic, and persistently LYING about the above like a naughty child in stubborn denial.

Recognisable by his tanned skin, upswept shoulders on his garb, Mage staff, and his habit of always having either a powerful Mage Armour spell about him, or that of Greater Sanctuary, or perhaps BOTH, at nearly all times. Often wears a hood, even in petty defiance of local laws.

Dear Citizens of Our Beloved Dale,

We, the Dale, are not supporters of wickedness nor evildoers. We will now be enforcing additional bans on members of different faith that clearly contradicts with the values of the Mother and Her Children. With the approval from the Elder's Council, the Dale no longer welcomes any faithful of the following deities with absolutely no exception. Guards are not to open the gate for these individuals under any circumstances whatsoever and those servants of the following deities below are not to enter the Dale from the Triumvir:

We will also ban any individuals the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor, the Captains, or the Council deem as a danger to the Dale irregardless of if they have committed a crime within the Dale walls. Such danger can be determined, though is not limited to, crimes against nearby settlements or the allies of the Dale. As usual, neither citizens nor individual Militia member may issue a ban without permission from the above mentioned leaders of the Dale.

Dear Citizens of Our Beloved Dale,

As we are preparing ourselves to make new installations in the Dale, we would like to hear your thoughts on some of our proposed changes here in the Dale. As it is difficult to coordinate a Town Hall meeting with all citizens attending, we would like to make it a poll so that everyone has a chance to participate.

Please pick a form from the Town Hall to voice your opinion! Please then return the completed form with our lovely Cindle so that we can move on with these new projects with your thoughts in mind.

All members of the cult known as Order of the One is hereby banned from the Dale for their unabashed worship of devils, assault against the Grove, assault against the Shrine of Eilistraee, and assault against the Mayor and the Captain of the Shields. They are operating in Skull Crags at the old Thayan base.

Mania Jebalat - She is a devil worshipping cosmetologist, interior decorator and illusionist. She appears to be in her twenties, though exact age is unknown. She is about 5'10" and estimated to be fairly light for her height. She has a slender tail that is spiked at the end that is just long enough to grave the ground. She has white pupil-less eyes. She has light brown skin and brown hair.

Draco Bloodcloak - A former Banite and now follower of Asmodeus. Has red glowing eyes, horns, hooves, and wings that make him hard to miss. He is leading Order of the One currently. Tends to be light brownish in attire and appearance.

Supay Quatal - Bard and painting tiefling. He is also good friends with banned criminals of the Dale, irregardless of his association with Order of the One. Have dark hair and light skin and tends to have scarred up body since he enjoys being hurt by women. He usually wears dark blue to dark gray clothing, cape, and a hood.

Henceforth BANNED from Bendir, for banditry, assault, murder and other evil acts around the isles, are the following:

Azaliah, also known as "Riz" - The redkin lackey of Kehurin's. She's about 6'2" in height. She has red scales and wings that are kind of hard to miss. Seems to have a strange habit of applying balm of cinnamon, cloves, and mint.

Garagos Follower #1 - Delirious individual that craves for conflict. He's almost always covered in blood and have some kind of Abyssal runes in his biceps. He has the symbol of Garagos engraved onto his right gauntlet currently. Has mohawk helmet. Red on the upper half, metallic on the lower half. His torso armor is deep read, while his bicepts are barren to show his Abyssal runes. On his shoulders are stereotypical evil people spiky shoulderness, with the shoulderguard being brown and the spikes being red. His pants are also brown. On his neck he has those weird Lolthite like spider like spikes. Did not seem to wear any cloak. He has red greaves and gauntlets.

Garagos Follower #2: Large human that carries a foul looking battle axe. He bears the symbol of Garagos on his armor and his armor is usually stained with blood. Last time I saw him, this guy had a ponytail and oxe horns helmet. His cape and pants were brown, where as his pants, gleaves, and gauntlets were deep red. He has a hand symbol on his cloak in red, which I assume is Bane's symbol but maybe not.

Hawkeye - Also seems to be called as "Blue". Extremely pale human looking male. Long dark hair. Stubbles. Eye-patch. Usually wears black and red clothing with crotch cloth.

"Pestilence" - Human female mage working with Draco. Maybe it's one of the Horsemen. She stands about 5'6" tall. She was with Draco when that elf guy with the pixie got beheaded just outside of Kampo's. She wears red kneehigh boots, helmet that looks like an red executioners helmet that has the parts around the eyes white like some kind of a viscer. She carries a red tipped staff. White legging. Red crotch and sleeves. And armored bodice. Her cloak is also red.

Marcus, also known to many, or most, as "Mister Hat" - Usually seen in flamboyant hat. Also wearing red and black armor. Talks about slavery often. He also has a disguise that he wears that's not Mister Hat. The other disguise of his looks like a Tin Man from head to toe covered in tin-colored armor. His helmet looks like a reverse triangle where it's much wider at the top.

Pantless Orc Guy - Another of Kehurin's lackies. He has reddish skin and is generally stupid like you might expect an orckin to be. I've heard other people talk about him, so this guy isn't new. Similar to the Garagossan with the spiky shoulder pad, he has dark gray shoulder pad with red spikes. Brownish cloak with the center he claims is "burnt". He wears a reddish taupe colored tabbard, to which he wears no pants. His left arms are covered in armor and gauntlet, where as his right biceps remain barren and has those bandage wrappers and gloves for his right forearm and hand.

The two below are Banned also for their participation in their attack on the Shrine and the Grove folk, though not known for being usually associated with Kehurin:

Alicera who is an Erinyes. She has feathered wings, blue skin, and is generally hard to miss being a full blooded devil. This one I am sure I have encountered before, occasionally, over several years. Worrying that she has returned now.

Aideen is a 'Dancer, a woman that's about 5'2" tall. She has really long hair. Her skin is flawless and light. Jade green eyes. Usually wears high heel boots.

Jykarus is here by banned from the Dale for necromancy and being associated with above mentioned evil doers. He is often wearing a scabbard on his back. He wears a black hood and a cloak, with his scarred upper bodies exposed. He has black wrappings on both of his biceps, with black bracers on both of his forearms. He wears black pants that are tucked into black and silver boots. Around his waist are strange loincloth like thing that is half black and half dark blue. His exposed skin is light gray and is elf-like in stature.

A necromancer has been identified and per usual, he is banned from the Dale. He is human male with brown hair, and shaven face, with small tuft of hair falling down his right side of forehead. He has been reported to wear spiked black and orange full plate with black loincloth with orange trimming. In combat, he uses longsword and a black shield. He was seen summoning undeath of darkness within the Dale lands and proceeded to defile our grave. He is to receive one warning and one warning alone before he is removed by any means necessary for defiling the sanctum of He Who Must Be.

A hin identified as a Bren is hereby banned from the Dale for necromancy and unwarranted assault. He is reported to wear orange and blue armor, with a green cloak. He wields a handaxe enchanted with the power of the sound and a wooden shield. May be followed by
a black panther. He is reported to be blond with a mustache.

We, the Dale, are now adding additional bans on the members of the following faith. Like with any other bans, guards are not to open the gate for these individuals under any circumstances whatsoever and those servants of the following deities below are not to enter the Dale from the Triumvir:

A potential Cyricist has been identified and is hereby banned from the Dale. She is a human appearing woman standing roughly around 5'6" and is quite slender and fragile looking. With long copper hair and azure eyes, she has been seen wearing black high boots and cloak of Cyric on her back. She has previously been cited for defiling the law and authority of the Dale Militia and is to have one warning before being removed by any means necessary.
