Incident Report
Name of offender(s): Terza Orcs
Occurance: Upon the captain and myself being in the orc caves close to the Dale, we encountered much stronger orcs than usually lingered there. They seem to go by the 'Terza', and were capable of casting very powerful spells, summoning balors and casting implosions. The orcs seemed to populate the first level of the caves only, we believe they were planning an attack on the Dale and we were luckily nearby to stop it before it started.
