Lately, rumors may start to surface from traveling merchants and people along the roads near Bendir Dale of a creature with skin as black as night. The creature would have some of the most elegant full-plate armor in the region, with a solid black hue etched with golden trim and golden writing from a foreign land. Her scimitar glows as it is drawn, with a spider upon the hilt as the shield as well bears the same colors of gold and black. Another note of the creature is the white hair, and red eyes. People are almost certain that she is a drow, however others who have seen her closely would describe her as a demon with her adornments. From nearby, people would notice ash smeared on her face, yet she would not engage despite having hostile postures towards those near her. When spotted, she does not run, she just walks away. The sightings would leave many shivers down locals spines as the creature would retreat back into the night.

Upon hearing of these rumors, an infamous Master of Undeath wanders the wilderness near Bendir Dale, seeking an audience with this mysterious being. He wanders the outside with his undead cohorts, but never lingers long enough to be hunted by any band of militia that might have ventured out of their home of Bendir Dale to hunt him down.
War is not yet to come.

The following poster is set up within Bendir Dale walls, meaning only people able to enter Bendir Dale are able to read it unless informed through word of mouth. --The Pillars of Bendir-- Greetings kin and others of the right size. I am Rico Ondenfare. For those who do not know me, I am an ex-lecturer of the Three Steps Academy and proclaimed Shade Master. I am offering my hand to our people by offering a service like no other. I wish to bring together users of the shadows to collaborate our studies and aid Bendir Dale using our skills. I am looking for other founding members and I know a lot of our residents either study it or are looking to. So whether all you can do is summon a small Shadow Daze or if you are a fully-fledged Shadowdancer, let's collaborate. Also, while our aim is for residents to join our society, as long as they have recommendation any friend of Bendir Dale is welcome to join.

Bendir Dale's Talent Contest Bendir Dale will be hosting a talent show. Please come prepared for we have prizes to give out for the best talents. Whether it's skill within the performing arts, the martial arts, the magical arts, or something even more rare and beyond that, do showcase it! If not, then come and be a delightful audience. A dance will be held at the end if there's time.
Residents feel free to help with the prizes, organisation and so on. This is open to guests! We will stop those who are banned but if you feel you are an exception to a banned group, please find me.This will be held on the 21st Uktar.~ Rosary Doodlekins

*A new list replaces the old one as well as a little note above that* Dicey is hereby relieved of his duty as Captain of the Militia. Law enforcement will be a joint effort made by the militia. The 1st Lieutenant will take command when needed, then the 2nd Lieutenants and so on.
I must stress the importance of ethics and duty to Bendir Dale, it is not for personal goals and abuse of your authority. If you plan on joining the militia, your heart must genuinely be devoted to our community. Every action made by the militia, our very own law enforcers, affects our reputation. It is more than just learning how to wield a blade. Learn to use force when absolutely necessary and act tactfully to avoid greater consequences.

*Dicey would be seen entering the town of Bendir Dale and heading to the town hall as well as the Inn, carrying two large satchels over his shoulder. His silence was a bit unsettling as he is usually found barking orders or complaining about some mishap with the militia, but not today he just calmly and quietly went about gathering his stuff, and some supplies and then headed out the front gate. He paused for a moment looked around the Dale gave a firm nod of his head and then headed towards the cart service to Cordor. From there he headed through the streets and to the docks where he was seen paying one of the ship captain's a substantial amount of gold. He boarded the ship and waited for it to set sail, taking in a deep breath of the sea air as it left, not looking back with a smile on his face...*

Overheard a long conversation while hiding under a dock. Some winged individuals will likely be coming to murder everyone they see. They mentioned 'rivers of blood.' Recommend you step up your defenses. They seem to have grievances.

Please remember that those banned on Bendir soil, whether from an unwanted banned group or just an individual, must be given a chance to leave our lands unless their name is marked on the kill on sight list. Do not ambush anyone moving out of the carts. Only if they linger may residents and the militia forcibly remove them. Not guests. Take your troubles away and elsewhere, preferably the troll hill or frontier. This applies to everyone, no exceptions. Failure to abide will result in a ban.
