[IC] The New Administration
A public notice sits posted outside the town hall. The writing is elegant and average sized by Hin standards.
Fellow citizens of Bendir Dale,
In order to organize our new administration, I've set up three positions of leadership that I'd like to see filled. If you are interested, sign your name below.
1. Marshal of the Bendir Bastards
It is a known fact that I seek to reform the citizen's militia into a specialized taskforce capable of operating outside of Bendir's borders. The taskforce in its present proposed form will have the following tasks:
- Aiding in Bendir Dale's defence in times of need
- Reconnaissance, espionage & counter-intelligence of Bendir Dale and surrounding lands.
- Counter-offensive action against those that attack Bendir Dale.
- Vigilantism to those that break Bendir's laws within our borders
- Escorting important individuals or objects relevant to Bendir Dale's interests.
The Bendir Bastards are envisioned to be under the thumb of a Marshal responsible for its organisation, hierarchy and operation. The Marshal will be given the autonomy to arrange (and rename) the Bendir Bastards however they see fit.

2. Chancellor of Bendir Dale
The office of Deputy Mayor is one I seek to revive in my administration, dubbed as the town's Chancellor. Whilst their role is mostly advisory, they will be able to correspond as Regent in place of the Mayor when they prove either compromised or absent. The Chancellor would be allowed to act as Magistrate, much like the Mayor, to resolve disputes between individuals on the lands of Bendir Dale. He would also act as the town's Envoy.

3. Gleehin of Bendir Dale
I would like to introduce a new office. The Gleehin, Gleeman, Gleewoman, Gleegnome, whichever fits the one adopting this office. Theirs is a simple responsibility. They are to arrange festivities for the people of Bendir Dale, and aid citizens interested in arranging their own. They can likewise request aid from Bendir's coffers, to better finance their ventures.
