Notices on Papyrus are given to all residents of Djedet considered faithful to the the Eight.
No action is to be taken against any members of the Ecclesia of Assuran. If the Assuryans wish to start something allow them to do so. House Osirant urges you to ignore the Preachers of the Whining God. By all means defend yourself if attacked, however under no circumstances are the peoples of the true faiths to act in an overt manner against the Ecclesia at this time.

To the Children of the Eight.
The Church of Kelemhoar has finally shown its war mongering ambitions, and intent against the South. Doombringer Sharina, Grand Architect of the alliance between our traditional enemies, the Assuryans, and those who used to be our traditional allies, the children of Kelemvor through Osiris and the Children of Lathander through Horus-Re, has stated her intentions that if House Osirant upholds the tenets of the Alliance of Skuld then she will march at the side of the Assuryans with the entirety of the Kelemhoarian faith.
Let it be known that the House of Osiris does not consider the true worship of the faith of either Kelemvor or Lathander to be false, nay we remember fondly the traditional pacts between these two dieties and our own. However Doombringer Sharina makes demands on Mulhorand as if we are little more than her churches lapdogs.
But we are people of Honor who remember our cousins in faith and we urge the people of Mulhorand to face death with a smile and raise no weapon nor shield against the mislead members of the faiths of Kelemhoar or Lathander. If they wish to destroy us, let them, and let them reap the harvest of that they sow, for they interlope on lands surrounded by our Brethren and the Might of the Empire.

To the Faithful
Regarding Burnt-skins and Grey Dwarves.
Both these races, regardless of intent are to be treated with the utmost caution. As such any person or persons entering Djedet presenting an Elven or Dwarven stature or racial characteristic is to be asked to bare skin, if they are not already baring it. Should a Grey Dwarf or Burnt-skin be revealed all the faithful are ordered to hasten these peoples about their business, or escort them through the Township. Predjudice may be used.
