I have confirmed that it was Shyntiira My'ana and hers that made the attack upon the monastery. They boast of the attack and lament that they did not manage to destroy the windmill.
My’ana enjoy the surface, they wear faded white and grey colors. Shyntiira also has ties to the Eternal Order. Apparently the Eternal Order have no qualms about supporting Underdark drow. I find it especially interesting as Shyntiira is often seen in the company of the undead and is currently using them as slaves to build their Quellar.
What will it be, Inquisitor? Will you now answer publically to charges you evaded privately? Those you support aided in the destruction of the Crouching Lemur monastery. I will have answers, or I will have vengeance.

Then why did Inquisitor Gill affirm that Shyntiira is affiliated, while not a full Order member?
Sounds like My'ana aren't the only ones....
