Outsiders may approach the Office of Templar Affairs:
• In matters related to recruitment.

Outsiders may approach the Office of Inquisition:
• If someone is suspected of heresy or crimes against the will of the Judge of the Damned.

Outsiders may approach the Office of the Chaplain:
• In exceptionally difficult theological questions.
• If they wish to request legal counselling.
• If they wish to request judgement in an affair the local authorities are not prepared to handle.

The Grand Master is in charge of presiding diplomatic contacts.
