Location: Somewhere... anywhere.. not here...maybe there... (GMT -8)

My Lord Arbitrator and Sekhry, there is a very large monstrous creature resembling an orc setting up what seems a permanent abode in the Oasis. Are we no longer helping with their protection and overseeing their security, or responding to their calls for aid? They pass through, yes, but to set up a home there?
