The man known as Vorax makes his rounds visiting the merchants Muhm and Azizi, but this time he starts up conversation. His intent in this dialogue is to offer the suggestion to move their businesses to West Cordor, where there is more traffic. He also offers to cover transportation costs, and the cost of temporary housing if it is needed.

While many of the less worldly merchants would seem hesitant to talk much with Vorax, giving him almost as much of a disregard as they did the tiefling before him, some would recognize him for the elemental-blood that he is.
Those who speak with the Genasi would seem somewhat hesitant to make the move to Cordor despite his assurances, citing the recent war that ravaged the city, lack of infrastructure and the general entropy of trade in the city.
"Transportation and temporary housing is all fine and well, but not if we can't make enough money to keep paying for the house after the temporary part is over. The ports have been all but shut down, we hear, so what's that leave us? More than we have here, but much less than we'd have elsewhere."
The general sentiment seems less than enthused when it comes to Cordor, whether it be the West district or otherwise.
