Ansrivarr deposits a paper into the library in Winya Ravana. This paper has been reproduced a few times, and one copy is posted on the noticeboards.

On Eilistraeen Dhaerow.

We do not hunt Eilistraeens. This order comes from The Black Archer. It is known by our enemies, aswell as our friends. Unfortunately, many do not understand what this means. It is made by these people to be much more complicated than it actually is.

There is a difference between actively hunting something, and killing something as a response to a situation. Never hunt Eilistraeens for the sake of the battle against the enemy; but you are permitted to kill an Eilistraeen in circumstances which demand it.

Remember that Eilistraeens will attempt to shelter our enemy from us. We have different views to them. They want to redeem our enemy, where we want to slay them. Our way is the only way to ultimate victory over the enemy. Dhaerow must be completely destroyed before the joy of life can begin anew.

Eilistraeens will try to promote harmony between races; but remember that a true Eilistraeen will do this through acts of kindness.

If an Eilistraeen attacks you; kill him, for he has given you reason to defend yourself.

If an Eilistraeen taunts you; kill him, for he has strayed from the Dark Maiden's teachings of kindness.

If an Eilistraeen lies or deceives; kill him, for he is truly a Dhaerow.

An Eilistraeen should understand our motivation better even than most of our own People. Many of them know exactly what we fight. You can expect an Eilistraeen to know that they should be open and honest with you.
