Kaelthas would occasionally patrol the area of Bendir Bay, just to ensure there are no oddities occurring - if there were new types of undead roaming about, preying on innocents, he wanted to be the first to hear of it, after all. He would also thwart any attempts he came across on the refugees' lives, trying to keep them alive.

Jamian Turin, working through Ronyo, upon his arrival with the elf at Nexus falls, begins to organize every low level magic practitioner, anyone capable of casting 1st through 5th level spells from rangers, druids, sorcerers, or wizards, to prepare, en mass, 2 spells. Permanency and Endure Elements.

The goal is to enchant as many tents as possible to protect their occupants from hypothermia and exposure. Focus first goes to hospital and sick tents in all of the refugee camps, followed by the tents housing children, women with child, and the elderly (in that order of priority). It'll take several days of work, but assuming all work goes directly towards focusing on this effort, many of the most vulnerable can be protected from hypothermia and death by exposure. Enchanting all of the shelters in every camp obviously is not something that is within the realm of possibility in the short term, but by doing triage to ensure those at greatest risk of death by exposure and hypothermia are protected, the death toll in the refugee camps from sickness and exposure can be kept to an absolute minimum.

Jamian Turin pitches this as a Magewright's Guild Project to build popular support for the movement as well.

Madrik Street was asked by Ronyo to see to any injured amongst the crowd of six thousand Cordorian refugees trekking northerly along the coast. In his company, Freya Warfang. While traversing amongst the people, the two spoke briefly; Madrik vaguely answering quasi personal questions. Meanwhile, Ais had kept Madrik informed of the situation about.

Upon entry to Bendir Bay, a group of adventurers were already there and claimed the area to be the site of their camp. A Sending to Andrew Fryar was sent, inquiring of leadership and intentions with the refugees. As Madrik waited for his more official relief to take over, he began his delegations.

Although Tempo was not recognized as Tempo, but of an authority in this infant campground, Madrik had asked her to divide her troops to patrol the perimeter of the refugees in a spaced interval to keep skags and undead far from the flesh of the innocent people, and to keep the peace. In addition, he had asked a temporary aid station to be erected and any priests or nurses were to be asked to volunteer. In her company, Cyrene and Nathaniel, who Madrik observed to be individuals of power and ability.

Freya Warfang was asked to join the guards on the high ground to assist in putting down any unrest, but to specially remain near Madrik to be dispatched for any rises of conflict.

Ais was asked to keep the lines of communication between him and Cordor open and to report the whereabouts of his Cordorian relief whilst maintaining an aerial patrol. Messages between Madrik and Andrew would undoubtedly be sent and received, keeping each other up to date on situation details.

Finally, in addition to overseeing the temporary gathering of refugees of Bendir Bay, Madrik Street kept a close eye on Kaethas, a man in black and purple robes said to be a necromancer.

Encouraging words were said, as well as Madrik's gratitude and everyone conducted their roles with efficiency.

Once finding out that Cordor was evacuating the woodsman elven kin known as Ren put his plans into motion. It seems the man was perhaps prepared for this to happen and given the mass of supplies the elves had saved up and stored in their camp it seems now was a good time to use them.

After speaking with Ronyo his fellow elven officer of the War Band he was happy to see the man stepping up in great mass to help many people not just those of elven blood with this evacuation. So patrolling the way to Nexus falls Ren cleared a path through the undead but did so unseen. Others he saw did a wonderful job doing the same as the mass of people moved through various areas for the evacuation.

Returning to the nexus falls Ren was prepared to deal with the incoming lot of people. As he arrived seeing some fellow kin around he smiled at their company and told them he would be busy for a little bit but if they needed him to come find him. He then spoke to one of his kin standing watch, one of the scouts he had at a set checkpoint in the elven lands to watch over designated areas. He told him to send word to the elven camp that the refugees would arrive soon and it was time to put our saved supplies into use.

With this the elven officers, scouts and soldiers would begin putting the motion into place that was mentioned so long ago in original plans made with them. Supply tents began to sprout up and grown food and game that were being kept in proper way for safe keeping and storage were brought out. Small fires would go up around the Nexus falls region and small food drops would be around with elven kin cooking and preparing meals for the refugees to arrive.

Though the lands seemed busy they remained ever guarded. Patrols frequented by and elven archers stood in checkpoint distances always at the ready. Those of the Base division among the elves began to do what was expected of them in their tasks and prepared the supplies to support the people and those who have arrived in their lands.

Cloths of elven make, piles of fire wood, silks and linens for blankets and tents were all used for set ups. Food, water and fresh clean camps were set up and organized in a manner of fashion that would be shocking. It was almost as if every camp placement was already set up in a plan or something. For a chaotic race the elves in this seemed unified and ready with preparations for quite some time.

With this the scouts and others would check in and begin to check on the other people. Those of the support and resource preparing crew would see to peoples needs as best they can setting up a small HQ where questions and what not could be had. Others would simply deliver the necessary supplies to survive in the lands. Preparations seemed on there way and well set on the elven side.

Even among the constant flow of people, the copperkin kobold was hard to not notice.
Each movement; a symphony of cries of his rusted plate.
Each word; subtle and soft, but sharp and precise like a dagger.
He made the right questions to the right person, and after mere seconds, he was already doing his fair share.

Not even moments ago he was acting like an amused bastard, but he didn't had a lesson to teach now. He didn't had a message to show to the world. Just a job to get done, a gear in an enormous machinery that he didn't understand.

Ha. Like a simple kobold...

His figure cut the skies above the south-eastern bay several times during the evacuations, landing only to aid the elves in the task of keeping the undead and other horrors at, appropriately, bay, or to keep the officers and figures of importance well informed of the situation. It wasn't any faster than a proper Sending, but he was the best alternative.

At some point in the Bendir Bay, he's to be seen without the plates, but instead in robes, nodding firmly as he trades a few words with a rather well known once-metal-faced-aasimar. From that point on, he sheathes the sword and is to be seen extending his come-and-go route to Cordor as well - doing exactly the same job; keeping officers posted, watching the route, cleaning it of any danger. A glorified draconic messenger that is not in any way easy to stop.
Efficient, fast, and armed with an acid spray cannon that can melt walls, he takes up to his task with little jokes - not like anyone would pay any attention to them at that time.

With the recent influx of ‘new guests’ at the camp, Cadet officer Ju’endel adjusted her routines to help those in need of medical assistance. Manning the aid station requested by Tempo and Madrik, she calls upon her knowledge of the weave to create healing magics to aid the sick and wounded, knowledge that would prove useful to the refugees as many were injured in the process of their trek.
After the initial chaos of getting organized, a medical tent is pitched, rowed with cots and various basic necessities. Cyrene, along with a few other officers are left to care for six thousand refugees seemingly dropped into The Dauntless’ collective lap.

In Cyrene’s Journal:

“I hope that they find safety here, it concerns me that there are still scrags running rampant around here, and the undead are even more unnerving yet. I feel as though our plans to hallow these grounds may be scheduled sooner than we anticipated. …Scrags are an issue of their own. Hopefully the patrols will keep the refugees safe here for the time being, though I’m hardly sure this is a permanent arrangement.”

“Perhaps attempting to acquire a ship would prove beneficial to us in the very near future.”

She stays with her fellow members of The Dauntless, tending to the refugees that found their way to their home. Regardless of the circumstances, Cyrene hopes to be able to continue to do what she and her comrades do.

As near six thousand refugees pour in to East-coast Bendir Bay, Tempo takes quick action in to cutting down any and all threats that line the perimeter. Communications were established with Madrik about the sudden influx of Refugees. Tempo takes to a decisive measure and suggests that if the refugees have nowhere else to go that they may remain there for the time being. Tempo established a point for an aid station to be set up where The Dauntless already had a few tents set out and a campsite well established.

Gathering the members of The Dauntless Tempo divvied out instructions to each person ensuring none would be left out. Lieutenant Ashnia and Cadet Officer Cyrene were given the task of attending the Aid station. Captain Kahn was given the authority to oversee crowed control to help prevent fights from breaking out amongst the refugees. Cadet, Naval Officer in training, Nate was charged with keeping an orderly oversight of any water bound vessels that came or went taking down who was aboard them. As for the Cadets- Commander Tempo took them alongside and attended to the perimeter patrols to keep the refugees safe from the pestilent undead and the scrag population that inhabited their borders.

Between shifts Tempo ensured to help get tents set up and started to gather a few things to help support the vast amounts of folks that were now congregating in the area. Fishing poles and traps would be brought in to help feed this many people- after all they did have quite a few water ways that fishing might help. There were a few fruit trees in the area that could help provide food. Nonetheless Tempo would ensure a small hunting party to help go out and gather resources for the refugees that were to be held here. It seemed Tempos mass stock supplies of medical equipment may come in handy.

Things seemed to change so suddenly Tempo didn't even have a chance to take it all in. The short elf simply switched in to command mode and took charge of the situation as best they could. After all, how could they turn down the victims of this war? They couldn't. Looking around at all the faces they could see the emotion across the various faces of the crowed that was lead there. To think so many folks had to flee their homes because of this war- Something had to be done. Tempo knew then and there that they would be needing to help in every way possible. Gladly, they take up those who volunteer, to patrol and secure the perimeter. Parties are organized by Tempo- organization and standardization are two things that are quickly brought into play here. Instructions were issued to the men and they were all gathered for the briefing.
"I know this all seems to be happening all too quickly but these are daunting tasks we face; I will draw your attention now to our name- Remember we are The Dauntless ones. I trust you are all well enough and knowledgeable enough to excel in the fields I have placed you in. I ask that you try to practice patience and courtesy- I know it may seem a bit strange to suddenly have so many amongst our home ... take heed and confide that we are much more directly helping the innocents of this war . Remember, Try to do good and try to make good around you. Try to keep in mind these folks have had to flee their homes- they aren't happy having left behind loved ones and possessions. There may be small out breaks of emotional conflict leading to physical. Take what measures you need to keep the peace- diplomacy is first and try to help calm and sooth anyone you see that is agitated to help keep a limit on the conflicts that will arise during their stay here. Some of these folks may be scared and will look to those that are seemingly in charge- be mindful and aware that you will be watched and scrutinized at all times. Strive to keep a polite and kind disposition and you will have nothing to worry about. With that said let's get back to our posts. I will be assigning volunteers as seen fit. "

Any one who may have caught gimps of Tempo or any of those who belonged to The Dauntless would be able to easily recognize the bright white grey and black full bodies uniforms. It seemed a touch of formality was being presented as the members started to materialize out of the wood work becoming known figures through. Any one who may have seen Tempo for a moment or so would notice that they were being trailed by a tall man with wings who carried a scythe. He dissipated form time to time but looked to be made of shadows.

Any plans that may or may not have been, being made for the mass liberation of slaves would have to be set aside for now.

In Tarkuul, the High Captain charters the Moorhound Company and any ships available in Cordor to transport refugees willing to move to Tarkuul for the duration of the war. The number of Living Guard who survived the offensive against Amn are assigned to the security of these vessels.

On being informed of the evacuation, Marcus remains at the south district's Salandran hospital to ensure any remaining patients requiring longer-term treatment are properly secured on whatever carts and wagons that can be salvaged. Should the Salandran clergy decide to dismantle and relocate the hospital altogether, he ensures that the ledgers of inventory are as accurate as he they might be - and that the supplies are organised and prepared for transportation. He will continue to do this until the work is complete or he is outright ordered by the guard to vacate the area.

Unlike so many 'civilians', he does not leave the city however. If the Salandrans do leave the city, he is soon found around the Chapel of Lathander - preparing wards and uttering prayers of hallowing, inspecting and (if needed) organising the Chapel's supplies and standing vigil outside its door. Once again dressed in his ornamental but functional, ancient looking armor, any request or even command for the priest to leave the city is met with a long, hard stare but no compliance. Come hell or high water, it seems the Sunmaster is set on carrying out his Brotherhood's ancient duty of defending and preserving the sanctity of Lathander's temples and shrines.

About a hundred and twenty Cordorian refugees arrive at Eilistraee's Shrine, having been escorted along the road by Jud and some helpful friends. They're given blankets and bedrolls laid out in the emptied-out sections of the interior, and Jud can be seen preparing food for the new arrivals. He also tries to keep them calm, making sure the golems have orders not harm anyone without direct orders from himself or the other authorized commanders, and giving reminders that their relocation is only temporary.

Nyacelil bided farewell to Ronyo and the beautiful Lady Anglador. She turned to the long line of people in double file. Nyacelil had organized the refugees in two file line. One adult for every child among them. The some one hundred and twenty people were made of complete families bound for the Shrine of the Dark Madien. Among the officers whom escorted the people was Nyacelil, Glendil, and Jud.

"People of Cordor, take only what you can carry. You need food, water, and blankets." Nyacelil called out. "You also must make two files and every child must be accompanied by an adult."

Once these requiremets where met. she called out to Jud to move the lien forward. All of them began long march into the heart of the island from the ruined city of Cordor. Along the way Jud lead the line while Nyacelil walked along side it and Glendil from behind. As the crossed the Amia Frontier heading towards the halfing township of Bendir, Nyacelil showed truest compassion one could expect from a Sun Elf. Stoic and serious sweet and kind she focused her attention on the children.

During the trek across the planes Nyacelil carried a small human girl on her shoulders while she held hands with two other boys. Then she went along the line making sure everyone was staying hygerated. When they finally arrived at the Halfing Township Nyacelil allowed the group some rest. Then she approached the drow companion she had been traveling with.

“Jud, maybe you should head up and clear the way,” Nyacelil suggested.

“Yes, Good idea.” He responded.

“Where will we meet?” Jud asked.

“Take one hour to clear the road ahead of us. Then meet us along the road where you want.” Nyacelil instructed.

Then the drow nodded with a smile. He pulled his shield off his back and drew his katana and started off down the road.

Nyacelil and Glendil sat on rock while all the people ate food and rested. When the one hour was up Glendil reminded Nyacelil that they should start down the road.

With a few shouts and some direction the two filed line of people from Cordor were off down the road and into the forest of Amia. Along the road they met Jud whom reported the way was clear. It wasn’t long before the group arrived safely at the Shrine.

Once the people were settled Nyacelil bided fairwell to the people and she traveled back to the Cordor to rejoin Ronyo and his lady.

With the Shrine of Eilistraee now host to over a hundred Cordorian refugees, the Seneschal, Triel'ithra Zau'ana, assists Jud'Vardas in cooking meals for the displaced folk. With such a motley sort, she also does her best to keep the peace and defuse any disputes with a stern but fair hand, and were any among the refugees found to be injured, the young Drowess would volunteer to tend to them with her surgical and medical knowledge, using the supplies from the Shrine's stores - but only if the Cordorians agreed. Otherwise, she would insist that they visit the priestesses, especially if they felt ill, and limit herself to cooking meals and keeping the Shrine a place of peace, even in the midst of the crisis.

In West Cordor Dirk does everything he can to convince the folk to get on the boats to Tarkuul. Promising that its not permanent just till Dirk gets rid of the asshole Amnish. Dirk would offer to take half the ship cost from Gerald. No force would be used to make people leave as the people of West Cordor are of course free men and women and able to choose their own fate. If they want to stay and die thats their right as free people. But every angle is used to try and get them to go for the time being.

Dirk gives the few toys he got from Tuomas to the first random children he sees, promising more for the others.

The blonde guard of Cordor, rarely dressed in the proper colors, seems to have donned her blue regalia for the directing of refugees out of the city. She immediately went to Andrew's side, reported a few things, and began the leading of a large group of people to Wharftown. There, they would go into the houses and set up tents inside the walls and perimeter, yet leave enough space for the defenders of the town to walk and stroll. Any able-bodied men who evacuated would be put to work helping with defense, as well, and most may seem happy to have something to do...

Meanwhile, in Kohlingen, Ulrik aided in initial oversight of the impromptu mass evacuation, with his Lady Wife at his side. Ordering further guard to take to the streets, to aid in maintaining order in the city that had been under martial law and food rationing for well over half-a-year. Lending his wizardly mind to the mundane logistics of housing and feeding so many, with precious little, was no small task.

Though the Lord Marshal would retire, along with the drow sorceress, leaving matters in the hands of the other city officials. It was the Lady Justicar who had ordered and approved the evacuation, and the matter was left in her hands and that of her court. Ulrik returned to his home and to his study. The day to come would bring with it a greater challenge. Perhaps the greatest he had ever faced.

The next morning, after the camp had settled, Kathrine and Seth moved through the crowds of people in Bendir Bay. The pair wore the contrasting black and white colors of the Stars Crossing Sanctuary, and offered any food, or aid to those they found in need. The time and conversations held with some individuals and small families would seem to be longer than others.

The Cordor Field Hospital administrated by Abernathy Hearthart would start to close down its operations, handing over responsibility for the refugees to the guard and civil authorities in preparation for the evacuation. Fortunately the vast majority of those wounded in the initial attacks have either been healed sufficiently to allow them to be moved or else have already long since been transported to the Salandran Temple for long term care.
Those that remain are largely homeless residents of Central Cordor or the dependents of those killed, as she begins shipping people out or handing over groups to the guard and/or civil authorities Abbey would also try to seek out those whose valuable assistance has made the smooth running of the hospital possible.

If they were around to thank at the time she would offer a blessing for the help of Sirocco whose ability to provide excellent food at all hours of the day raised the morale of patients and staff alike. Tukson who helped tend to some of the wounded with all the care and compassion one could wish for but whose greatest contribution was his company and bedside manner, making even the most distraught patient calm and treatable. Adela whose generously donated a great deal of camping equipment and furniture to help make the patients more comfortable. Sir Reynard who never failed to make time in his busy schedule to look on the hospital and its patients and staff to see if we were ok and if we wanted or needed anything. Vincent for his heroic efforts in supplying the kitchens with fresh fish, wonderful stews, pies and other dishes helped changed what had been a somewhat monotonous diet to the benefit of all.

Finally she offered prayers of thanks to all those who had donated coin or supplies to help keep the hospital running which also allowed it to run independent of Cordor's supplies which must have been a relief to the Cordor authorities who no doubt were already under tremendous strain.

As the available capacity for evacuation fills up, Andrew is forced to return people home.

"I am sorry," he says sincerely. "We will do what we can to keep you protected, but there is no more room for evacuees." Andrew's voice, authoritative but still gentle and even sad, eventually convinces people to return to their homes. However, as the crowd disperse past him, he occasionally flags down parents with young children, until roughly a hundred and fifty people (mostly children and mothers, with a few fathers) remain. To these, he offers one last refuge.

With all resources and efforts finally spent, the bard sleeps for a few hours before going to work, checking on on evacuation locations himself and deploying representatives to each area to help keep the people calm and to accept their complaints. He decides to dispatch Parulg to the refugee camp at Bendir Bay. He encourages Gilbert, son of Holvin, to go to the Shrine. He sends Minister Cromwell to Kohlingen. He ushers a few other prominent guards to the locations near Winya Ravana, in Barak Runedar, in Wharftown, Corinn's place and etc. He ends up generally sending people from south for their more open opinions toward other races and nations.

Watcher Maliana would offer to escort some of the West Cordorian citizens through the Lowlands Delta, keeping a close eye on them whilst listening to what may lurk beneath the shadows.

The Dauntless have been busily at work fending off pesky undead and the vicious Scrags from the perimeter of Bendir bay. It didn't take long for signs to be erected out side of the aid station, and along other key points through out the encampment for the refugees to see and read over. General rules for safety have been posted as follows

*Do not stray from the collective- there are dangers that surround the encampment; please help us, help to keep you safe by staying within the designated areas.

*Do not wander off alone. If you see suspicious behavior report it to a Dauntless Member- each are recognizable by the bright white, black and grey uniforms.

*Curfew is just before sunset. Please try to stay in side during the evenings to help keep things organized and controlled.

*Be wary of people who do not show their face and that you do not recognize.

* Take caution and always have someone with you at all times.

Captain Kahn would soon receive some additional help as Naval Officer in training, Nate Was given directive to help keep watch over the collective.

Cadet Allister, and Cadet Dart were each given routine tasks to patrol with a partner of higher rank most often Nate or Tempo as they swapped shifts-It was like clock work. It seemed Tempo was keeping good communication between all of their ranks and striving to offer help when needed.

In Tarkuul, the High Captain charters the Moorhound Company and any ships available in Cordor to transport refugees willing to move to Tarkuul for the duration of the war. The number of Living Guard who survived the offensive against Amn are assigned to the security of these vessels.

Those who do not take offers of evacuation to Tarkuul in the night are offered to be make the journey on foot, under escort of the Living Guard through the Lowland's Delta through the swamp into the portal. From there they would find themselves in Tarkuul.

Watcher Maliana would offer to escort some of the West Cordorian citizens through the Lowlands Delta, keeping a close eye on them whilst listening to what may lurk beneath the shadows.

~Watcher Brander would take great care to help assist in the escorting of Cordorian Citizens through the Lowlands Delta. He was familiar with these lands and stayed cautious knowing full well what dangers lurked along the way.~

Word is sent from Barak Runedar through runners amongst the refugees and to Andrew's guards that any of the dwarfs of Cordor are welcome to find shelter in the dwarven halls on Brogendenstien while their homes are rebuilt in Cordor after the war has now ended. Passage can be found through the portal in Kohlingen for any who wish to take up the offer.

After speaking to some of the Eilistraeens and in particular a woman named Pellanithra and Jud'Vardas the wooded elf found out of a few supplies the Shrine was lacking for the refugees. Given the situation Ren went to a few markets and dug into a small supply he was carrying and managed to make some side deals.

The Shrine of the Eilistraeens would find themselves in a short amount of time with 1800 lbs of various food to use as they saw fit. All was properly kept and most quite fresh. With that complete he went to run the supply camp he set up for the ones staying in Winya lands where he spent the day serving meals out to the people. It was perhaps strange to see such a broody elf actually being nice to people. But stranger things have been known to happen.

After the battle, Wharftown's refugees are sent home by teleportation circle, ushered out of their magical mansions by a harried and depressed looking wizard in dark leathers. His manner is brusque and intolerant of any shenanigans.

In preparation, Andrew dispatched some mages to the places where people had been evacuated to.

The long overdue homecoming to Cordor had finally arrived, families coming back in droves. By land, by the boat route no longer blockaded, by mages and their portals, once refugees came and returned to their homes in Cordor. A home devastated by war, a home that was much emptier than they had left... a home that went up in the sky and never returned, for some.

But people settled into their homes, militia and soldiers who had survived the war coming back to greet the loved ones they fought hard for. Separated friends came to see one another again and spend time in the taverns.

Up in Guldorand, those refugees there made their farewells, many had made friends there and indeed, the villagers and the refugees having grown fond of one another. But it was time to depart. Many of the children there had looked up to the hardworking villagers in awe, even in some cases in a fatherly sense. While a few of the orphan children stayed, coming to love life in the mountains, many had bid their farewells, eager to return to the home in which they belonged.

The waves of people incoming would be ongoing for days, some filled with tears of joy, glad that their exodus was over. Others were with a resigned sense, exhausted. Others were in despair over the damage their home had wrought, while others rushed to Moribund to see off their deceased loved ones who died fighting for them, one last time.

But for many, it was good to be home, and at long last, at peace.

Once new is spread through out the land and as the Refugees begin their treks back Tempo organizes The Dauntless Cadets and officers alike, and arranges for escorts for the Refugees to safely travel back to their homes.
