Dread Sister Jezabel Asherah, Imperceptor of the Black Hand would be observed entering the Everwatch Tower, within she would be overheard informing those placed under her command and within the ranks that she has assumed the position and role of Imperceptor, until declared otherwise by a higher power or authority. She decrees that until such a time stating otherwise, all inquiries and orders shall then be passed before her and brought to her attention. She instructs that these previous orders in which she has issued shall remain in standing and they are to continue to execute said orders immediately. She would be then later observed entering the Burgonmaster's Office directing natural resources in form of lumber and timber to be gathered through channels within his office to be distributed upon the arrival of additional provisions, supplies, and resources for exchange and trade.

A portal opens in the city of Osthavn and out steps a large treant looking being. It pulls behind, a large wagon loaded down with supplies. The contents of the barrels, crates and sacks are unknown to the casual observer. No markings on the wagon or supplies is noticeable. A sealed letter is handed to the Burgomaster personally and the creature watches as the supplies are offloaded. The creature then takes the wagon out of the city to a nearby lumber camp and loads up, then returning from whence it came. It returns thrice more to gather the agreed upon amount of necessary materials.

After this event would have taken place, Dread Sister Jezabel Asherah, Imperceptor of the Black Hand, would have been observed investigating the event that took place, and ensuring the confiscated goods are accounted for. She would be observed attending the people and armed forces that were wounded during the encounter. Afterwards she would be seen entering the Everwatch Tower to continue the investigation. Within the knights would overhear her speaking with Men-at-Arms to have the confiscated goods delivered to the Office of the Burgonmaster for distribution after determining these were in fact the provisions and supplies scheduled for delivery.
The knights, soldiers, and workers would have observed and overheard Dread Sister Jezabel Asherah explaining the circumstances to the hooded and cloak woman as to what became of the delivery and as to why the attack occured, instructing her sternly as to the laws the govern the Isle. Afterwards directing her to the shipment of lumber and timber in which she has soldiers already loading upon the previously confiscated wagon.

Jezabel's instructions to make delivery to Burgomaster Bors visably raise the suspicions of the Everwatch officers in the tower, she would be duly informed that the Burgomaster has been arrested in relation to the event on charges of "Druidism".

Above the landing at Wiltun, a figure in a heavy leather coat in Wiltun green gazes down at the burst of activity amongst the warships gathered there as supplies and materials are moved about and repair efforts doubled. Behind a heavy iron mask, a flicker of light shines from two points in the eyeslit, mismatched specks of blue glowing dimly as he regards the ships below.
"Is this all there is? War and struggle? That doesn't seem like a life." a voice whispered softly, dimly in his mind, unheard by those around him.
"It does appear to be the mortal condition to strive against one another, for this or that cause," he replied wordlessly to the voice, directing the thought inward.
"I was referring to your life, Taelar," came the reply, with a hint of reproach.
"Some battles have to be fought, some wars need to happen. Reyes had to fall lest the world fall to him, Bathrie is little different. Similar crime, smaller scale perhaps, but his people deserve better than what he can or will give them."
"So you take it upon yourself to always fight and never know peace?"
"Peace is a lie. There is always war and strife somewhere in the world. I do what I can where I can. I fight so that others need not fight, so that sons, brothers, fathers, sisters, mothers and daughters can come home to their families at wars end. I fight to defend my home from those who would destroy it. I'm no different than most who choose to fight."
"But you fight against situations that are nearly impossible. You chose to stay and try to fight the Maelstrom. You chose to slay the Armada's flag. You heap more responsibility and strain on yourself than one man should have to bear."
"It all comes down to power. I have power, both in the literal sense of strength and the political sense. With power comes responsibility. If I can use that for the betterment of my home and of the world, it would be wrong not to. Power doesn't exist so that it can not be used."
"And when one uses power for ill or personal gain? What then?"
"Judgement, as with happened with Reyes, so happens to us all in time. We all pay the toll or the people we choose to be in life. Never forget that."
The answer didn't seem to satisfy the voice, but it fell silent in his mind, deep in its own thought, and the light flickered out of his eyes. He looked down at the continued activity, at the response to the newest resurgence of threat against him and his. They would deal with it as they always did, with a sacrifice of blood and iron. He stirred from the wall and made his way down to the docks, throwing a direct hand into aiding with loading supplies and travelling out to the ships most behind on repairs to directly lend his aid to preparing them for battle, showing nothing outward but confidence and cheer among the only people in the world he felt right to call brothers.

As Wiltuns fleet returns battered but victorious from its battle with Ostland's forces, Taelar sees to the care for the wounded and fallen, before reporting to the keep the initial results of the battle. After a meeting with Parrico and then speding some time in Wiltun's map room, he leaves for a short time before returning and beginning a tally of the lost that keeps him up well into the night. Early the next morning, he rises and begins the process of visiting the families of those men who died, a long slow process of explaining how the men of Wiltun fought bravely against horrible monsters to defend Wiltun from its enemies and that they should be proud of their fallen loved ones, who have earned their place among the heroes of Wiltun and Ruathym.

While counter-factual historians will no doubt pour over the battle for Danzhaow Anchorage for years to come, the cold facts remain. Admiral Daltry's gambit had failed, Ostland's nuisance of a navy stands obliterated in the face of Wiltun's hardened fleet. The end it seems, has begun.

Over the course of a few days, bits and pieces of flotsam and wood drift into Osthavn on the local currents. Given the storm that recently blew through the region, it is quite likely something wrecked nearby. Here and there at night the locals may see the occasional flicker of blue light in the water, like small bioluminescent fish swimming around.
