Anyone has a solid build for this? Trying to figure out how to make it as a plain human and to get epic dodge.
It seems as if I have to have high, high ability scores for almost everything and I can't really make it fit although I have heard they are supposed to be good and I've been looking to make a BG for quite some time.

Will elaborate when I'm home and can write this down from a not-iPotato. But the goodie for this concept would be 1 Monk / 13 Rogue / 16 Blackguard. Made for a human base too!

So, there's a couple ways to do this: Here's my approach. A Dual-Kama wielding Crazy Epic Dodger.
In this version, I blasphemously go against the standard of taking Divine Might/Shield in favor of Knockdown/IKD for a few reasons, First: you will do muuuuch more damage with your sneak attacks, than you would with Divine might. If your foe is already knocked down, AC doesn't matter much anyways~ (Not that you'll have a really hard time gearing AC as a Dex-based character) But most Importantly: You can't fit all the prerequisites in with this build . _ .
This build grants 8 Attacks per round (9 if hasted, 10 if hasted with a flurry) and will typically have around 41 AB
(I didn't bother spreading Skill points across anything other than what I would recommend you at least take!)
Things you can potentially play around with:

I think for what you're going for here, there's slightly better alternatives with higher ab/ac. A large point of BG, aside the summon, is for DM/DS. And I know you said you're purposefully going against that, but I have to advise it. Or, if that's the case, why is starting cha at 14? Just for saves? I don't think that's taking as much advantage of things as you could be. Though, if he does insist on sticking out this build, I'd advise on taking DM/DS (especially if you keep cha at 14) and tossing imp. critical for KD. Plain 'ol KD should be enough for most things.

Thanks for the replies guys, got a few things to consider now
One question though, for dualwield wouldn't it be better to get 1 level of ranger for the auto feats? Or would that give me only 1 CL for potions and whatnot?

Nope! Because you won't get the second off-hand attack with the Dual-wield feat, this way you do.
