Posted across the Frozenfar, in Bendir, in Cordor, Kampo's, Khem, Caraigh, and Fort Wiltun is the following large scroll. I's largely similar to the previousn announcement of the same variety, with a few additions and edits.

Winter's Claw Grand TournamentKorthan Isharnos is proud to announce an independantly sponsored tournament to occur at the end next tenday, when the sun still warms the ground. The tournament is to take place in the Skull Crags Lemur Monastery, in the sparring grounds behind the monastery. Any and all challengers will be allowed to come battle, including melee combatants, ranged combatants, mages, divine casters, and the like. Skilled medics will be on hand to treat injuries, but the hosts do not accept responsibility for injuries caused to spectators by accidental collateral. All fights are nonlethal. Breach of this incredibly important rule will result in the offender becoming immediate free game to all spectators and warriors in the area, with restraints against lethality unimposed. The offender will immediately be ejected from the tournament and forced to deal with any and all repercussions of their actions.

All are invited to the tournament, which is purposefully being held in a politically neutral ground. Such terms are expected to be upheld by the spectators and warriors. Breach of this incredibly important rule will result in the offender becoming immediate free game to all spectators and warriors in the area, with restraints against lethality unimposed. The hosts freely invite all merchants and traders to set up shop, and encourage buying, selling, and auctions to occur. The hosts also encourage the placing of bets, and formal announcements will be made during the set-up of fights to allows betting to happen and proceed. The tournament will be a double elimination bracket, and will be magically created in order to ensure fairness and lack of bias on the part of the hosts.

Entry fee to the tournament, if entered in advance, is 25,000 gold. On the spot entrance will be accepted for a doubled entry fee of 50,000 gold. Spectators, merchants, traders, and the like are admitted free of charge. Transportation to the combat venue can be arranged if necessary - the hosts will attempt to ensure your safe travel to the venue, but leaving will be your own arrangements. Entry fee goes to two things, being split evenly: Half goes towards increasing the grand prize gold purse, and the other half goes towards paying the creator of the grand prize trophy.

The hosts understand that the entry fee of this tournament may seem exorbitant, but also understand the general economy and purse size of the average tournament-probable adventurer that will enter the tournament. If you wish to enter, but your purse does not allow for it, speak to Korthan Isharnos personally, and you may petition for a reduced or free entry into the tournament, with the hosts covering your entry fee. The hosts keep none of the entry fee, and the entirety of it goes towards supporting the winners of the tournament, and the artists and creators who put time into making a masterpiece.

Entry fee may be paid in advance - but if you enter in advance and make your intentions known, you are still eligible to pay the reduced fee when you arrive to the tournament.

No previous disqualifications or forfeitures matter - you may still enter this tournament even if you were disqualified from a previous one.

General Combat Rules of the Tournament1: All warriors (warriors being a catchall for any combatants) will be examined by the hosts for lingering magic or illegal enhancements before the fight begins. The hosts are the judges and final arbiters of all combats and situations, and their word is final. This includes Ioun Stones: They must be put to rest before fights begin.
2: Warriors as a general rule are allowed to bring their own equipment, unless the specific event dictates differently.
3: Warriors are allowed three pre fight enhancements before the fight commences. The spells will be cast roughly simultaneously so that there are no complaints of purposeful delay to run out magic durations. Fights will be announced in a "First spell - second spell - third spell - Go!" manner. Deliberate stalling will be punished with forfeit of fight.
4: While spectators are warned of the danger, deliberate or reckless harming of spectators will result in immediate disqualification. Spectators who deliberately or recklessly endanger themselves or interfere with the fight will be ejected. See above rules and regulations on ejections and breaches of conduct.
5: Deliberate stalling of fights into a situation that will result in neither side winning will be judged based on context, with bias given to the aggressor or the more exciting combatant for the audience. Audience opinions will be taken into account, but the final decision rests with the Hosts.
6: Warriors will not be reimbursed for magic items spent on combat. Use expensive items at your own expense.
7: Combatants will be asked at the beginning of the match if they expect to need extra room, or if spectators should be vacated. If extra room is required, spectators will be asked to back off to a designated area. If extra room is not required, then standard rules about spectators will apply.

The PrizesThird Place: 50,000 GP + one choice between several interesting trinkets (rings, amulets, et al.)
Second Place: 100,000 GP + one choice between several interesting trinkets (rings, amulets, et al.)
First Place: 200,000 GP + 1/2 the entry fee take

First place also receives this tournament's grand prize trophy: A unique geographical atlas, created by Samantha of Caraigh. This atlas catalogs and annotates the entire Sea of Swords Region, such as Amia Island, the Ruathym Region, Brogendenstein, Forrstakkr, some of the Whalebones, the north end of the Moonshaes, and a small portion of Chult. It also include areas linked by teleportation, such as the Frozenfar region, the island of Khem, and even local and far flung Underdark regions. This one of a kind collection of extremely detailed, handmade set of maps, bound in a large leather and velvet tome to be monogrammed with the winner's initials, will go to the Grand Prize winner of the tournament. The Hosts would like to extend their thanks to Samantha of Caraigh for the time put into making and creating this atlas from her personal collection, and invites her personally to a seat of honor at the tournament, to bequeath the prize herself if she wishes. She may also enter the tournament herself free of charge, or sponsor one champion of her choosing free of charge, entry fee to be covered by the Hosts. The Hosts would also ask that any merchant or traveler show their gratitude for the contribution by offering discounts on food, ales, and wares.

((This is a unique inventory item that when used, completely reveals the minimap of the area you're in. This is along with the RP that comes with having a full detailed atlas of essentially every accessible area in the module. A special scripted item that msheeler and Samantha have graciously donated as the prize for the tournament. Thanks a bunch!))

Disclaimer: Any and all Officers of the Barony of the Fogwood are not eligible to win the prizes shown. While they may enter the tournament, paying entry fees as normal, their prizes, including Samantha's Grand Prize, will be deferred to the next place down, if necessary.

A Written WarningIf the sorcerous, disruptive man known as "Krin" arrives at the tournament, you will be given one warning to leave immediately. If you do not do so, you will be forced to leave by force, with an immediate 25,000 gold bounty on your head to the person who puts you down and removes you. I will then ensure you do not further bother my tournaments. This is your only warning. Do not disrupt the neutral grounds and the security of the events I host, or you will see how seriously I take security.

//This is scheduled to occur either Thursday February 23rd or Friday February 24th. Time to be determined - when the most people can be around, essentially. Signups may be in this topic or PMed privately. If neither of these times work, we could potentially push it back to the next week, but I don't know what my work schedule looks like then. Unfortunately I work until 10 PM n Saturday the 25th, making it not viable. Doodle to come soon.

A monk clad in dirty brown robes would add a notice to the one in Kampo's
The neutrality of the grounds will be respected by everyone. Host included. Krin has a right to visit the grounds as much as you have a right to hold the tournament on it. Should he become a problem, or anyone become a problem we will escort them from the grounds and deal with the situation. Do not assume you have the right to create rules of hostility.

A message written in Common was left for tournament appropriator at Kampo's:

"I would like to take a closer look at fighting this time, if you get what I mean. Especially at half price. So count me in.

- In'ei."

Having to use gladiators to remove people is quite the bad organisation! Dragonkin! The apeman should been disqualified too.
