My understanding is that paper isnt available for purchase... so all sorts of organisations large and small have difficulty with their paper supply. And this is why pc's seem to be unable to get a piece of paper without making it from scratch by making papyrus or something similar But isnt there a newspaper running? And... whats happening to city beauracracies, when paper costs a thousand gold for a sheet? |

Bill Hurst owns a printing press. A very impressive one. Heard it was from Lantan. Magic printing plates and everything. Very expensive. A "donation" from the previous owner of the amian Recorder, Ethan Starr, after some unsettling issues regarding tax evasion. |
