I am plucking through some lore in research and have found some tidbits I'd like clarified with Amia's alteration of standard lore.

In Sembia a civil war breaks out in the early 1370s, by 1374 after the Twlight War the nation of Sembia is taken over by the Shadovar from Thultanthar, and remains under their subjugation for the next 100 years. I know Amia has altered and custom lore for the Shadovar and would like to know how this has effected these timeline events.

Also just to clarify Amia's current year is 1383, yes?

Thultanthar never encroached on Sembia or Raven Keep in Amia's timeline. Tarkuul, the Arcanum War, Myth Drannor and restoring the wasteland took the majority of their attention after 1373 (the year Amia deviated entirely from Forgotten Realm canon). Present day Thultanthar is "missing" and not doing anything at all. Leads me to believe that Shadovar will be removed as a playable race soon.

Yeah. Overall, I imagine ANY lore brought on by 4E's psychosis was altered for the time moving forward, on Amia. LOL.

I rather hope the Shadovar don't get written out of Amia canon, or completely sidelined. They're one of the few evil factions that is genuinely interesting in FR, and have huge potential as antagonists.

It was even largely retconned by 5th ed (<3 5th ed).
