Anyone want to improve on this?

I'm not sure if an Earth Genasi is supposed to benefit from the human bonus feat (and the 4 extra skill points). I think, you're supposed to take something useless as that bonus feat.

But I don't think that's officially stated anywhere where it would be easily found.
