I found some armour the other night which i figured would be rather useful, but noticed that the picture in my inventory seemed 'incomplete'. When i wore it i ended up as a floating head with hands and some nice trousers on! I figure this is perhaps something wrong on my end or could it be something up with the item itself? I know other servers i've played ended up with glitches in the items when they altered their haks over time.

Any ideas?

This can happen depending on the gender of the character you used this on; There's many chest pieces that are male exclusive and female exclusive, so it's probably that.
