I /had/ a house with Derrin /years/ ago. Like more than 5-6. In Shadowscape if I recall. There are no other housing widgets in my inventory.
Not sure if that clears up your question, I hope it does though.

So, bought a 1 month basic package in Triumviir tonight. Small room, 15 furniture pieces. when we loaded into the housing zone, I noticed some furniture in the big room as well, and then, couldn't add any stuff to the small room. How does it work for housing when 2 different players purchase the 2 rooms inside separately? And, will I need a refund so I can pick a different house? Would be a grand waste of money to rent a room for the month and not be able to put anything in it. Cheers. |

Housings do not share owners. By any chanse you once had a full house on this charecter? Cause saved layout and all can be taken with you. That said the housing system can act weirdly. Try "removing all" |

It is likely that it still has that layout stored, yes. I found that out with one of my old characters, too. It saves it forever. xD So it's not that someone else already owns it. You just need to clear the layout and start over, since you had chosen a different package on the previous house you owned. |
