It has been deemed necessary that the lighthouse of Endir's Point shall be transformed into a fortified tower. This will serve as both a fortress to help protect the citizens of Endir's Point and a symbol of the power and benevolence of the citizen's council. To this end the mine shall provide two carts of suitable building stone daily to be delivered to the lighthouse. The quality and suitability will be the responsibility of the foreman. Poor or unsuitable quality will result in harsh discipline for the offender. |

Know citizens of Endir's Point that your benefactors led by your Burgomaster have hunted and destroyed the formian threat. In bloody battle the queen and her mind controlling followers were destroyed saving you all from a horrible end. Let us give thought to those brave warriors who fell in your defense. |

Workable stone is delivered as the Burgomaster demands, two weeks after he asks for it, but it is having a negative effect on the morale of the city, especially among the mining families who own the mines. Foremen explain they had to bring in entirely different (and older) sets of mining equipment than is used for mining ore veins, as the process is very different. Their livelihood depends on being able to consistently tap new veins of ore in the areas, and the various precious gems that have long been abundant in the area due to various blessings. Carving out workable building stone requires a completely different and much longer mining technique to preserve the stone rather than simply moving it, and with Endir's already suffering from a loss of hunters, and a recent scarcity of game due to the Formian issues, many miners believe their newest "overlord" is running them down the path to destruction this winter, as the plentiful trade during the summer months of the ores and luxuries pays for the winter months when sailing in the Frozenfar becomes difficult to impossible. The militia have long held a practically open disdain for Ciroc and the rest of his compatriots, and his recent threats towards the miners have only made it worse. |

It has come to the attention of your Burgomaster that some citizens may feel undue hardship with the mining of stone for the building of the fortified tower. Do not fear. Your Burgomaster has listened to your concerns and is not without empathy. The efforts of the miners and their families will not be forgotten and all will be well rewarded as will all citizens. Regular mining activities will begin within two weeks and compensation and more will be given to all affected. Remember we are all citizens and your Burgomaster knows what is best for us all. |

Due to the efforts of the miners and citizens of Endir's Point the Burgomaster has deemed the amount of building rock to be sufficient at this time. Because of this normal mining practices will return after tomorrow. |

Let it be known that a mother of Endir's Point was murdered in the dark of night. The Headmaster of Tarkuul named Hojo has been found responsible for the crime. Our enemies seek to isolate us and cause war and discord but they will fail. Your Lord Intercessor will bring terrible justice to those responsible and our enemies will learn to fear the justice that protects us. Until the murderer is brought to justice all outsiders who enter our walls are to reveal their left hands o the guards. |

With the murder of one of Endir's most beloved citizens your Burgomaster has deemed it necessary to name the swords woman Skyla as commander of the militia. In this capacity she will make the militia battle ready in the weeks to come and eliminate any dissent among it's ranks with the full support of the Burgomaster. |
