Transition from L'obsul, Sea Cavern to L'Obsul, Bottom has a chance to deposit character onto outer transition, resulting in transition back to Sea Cavern through movement back or forward. It it bypassible by sidestepping away.

Looks like there was a duplicate way point that was set on top of the out going trigger. I removed the duplicate and pushed the other way point out a bit further from the out going trigger for 510f update.
Please test when B moves to 510f and post results here.

The transition on the Underdark: L'obsul, Bottom side is hard to see. I used it several times without any issue, but it appears to be depositing you within the transition itself or on the backside of it so that you have to walk across it to move into L'obsul proper. This could cause accidentally moving back through the transition still.
