Description :
Snowbeast spawning is still bugged.

If someone who has already spawned the snowbeast before runs to the area and triggers the spawn, only the blizzard spectres appear (which usually accompany the snowbeast). And the snowbeast's respawn timer resets as if it was just spawned. And the guy coming right afterwards has to wait, despite having a spawn ready.
