Not sure if this is for some reason how this was intended to work, or if it's just a typo on the domain page, or a glitch in the domain, but Greater Dispelling is by default a level 6 cleric spell, while the Drow domain gives a cleric access to Greater Dispelling as a level 6 cleric spell.

So in other words, this aspect of the domain currently does nothing.

It is a typo on the domains page. Drow domain grants Greater Dispelling at level 5, so you end up with it as a level 5 and 6 spell.

Edit: It is evidently a typo on the domains page. O.o

O, nice. Never mind this, then! Move along, nothing to see here. (Except that typo.)
