Whenever my level 29 caster casts Greater Sanctuary, she gains a massive boost in HP (Near about doubled), but I've noticed that once you've 'used up' all that bonus HP (Typically by walking over traps) the Greater Sanctuary dispells itself.

If this is working as intended, then it should likely be written in the sidebar under the spell changes.
