Not sure if it's been addressed yet, but cloaks aren't merging with shifter forms.

Has any other shifter PC noticed this?

Tested this, cloaks are working fine in all shapes save the normal druid animal forms, elemental shapes, and dragon shape. Perhaps a notation in the Shifter description mentioning the requirement for having a weapon equipped would help since not doing so will cause most items to not merge and thus cut down on many of the shifter "bugs".
