I'm getting +2 AC by going from 10 to 14 Dex in a half-plate, even though it's only got a maximum dex mod of 1.

That's initial, Amia raised all the Dex Mods so that they were equal with Full plate.
Just didn't change the description since it's hard coded I believe.

Silly Gravemaskin!

I believe it was mentioned the descriptions can be altered in a future hak update, because we weren't updating that portion of the haks at that time. But I could be wrong, could be silly Bioware not letting you alter that
