After going over this with the UD DMs the following changes are in for 510j -
The L'Obsul flag in the Travel Agency will now allow UD races and anyone with the "treat as underdark race" widget to pass.
The Crane operator in L'Obsul will also all the same UD races and anyone with that widget to pass.
Nec'perya will not allow PCs with the "treat as underdark race" widget to pass. It remains for drow only.
