Noticed this one earlier after trying the housing for the first time. The dialogue menus for temporarily renting houses provide different monetary amounts of duration of rent and the residence in question, with the more money paid scaling in either time held, or the amount of rooms and placeables. As an example, the first three tiers of residential quality give one small room with 15 placeables, one large room with 30, or both with 45.

However, when inside an already owned home and using the widget on yourself to open up rental options, all of these options remain the same with a single difference; the listed placeables are reduced severely. 15, 30 and 45 become 10, 20 and 30 in order. I've not actually tested whether selecting these options actually cuts your placeables limit down or not, however.

This sounds like its an error in the conversation file. Can you confirm weather or not the amounts were actually reduced?
