2 possible bugs:

I made it to the end of the Gibberling quest, destroyed the alienist structures, and the baddie gave his speech. He attacked, I attacked him, and he made a casting sound and disappeared. I waited for about 10 minutes, he didn't come back and I portalled out.

When I came out, I was light sensitive (i'm a human), so, weird.

I don't know much about the other issue, but this is a mechanic, it's due to spending too much time in the maw.

The Gibberng Maw area is a bit buggy, especially if you don't complete tasks in the correct order or with in a certain time frame. Unfortunately this may require the area as a whole to be removed, if not completely rebuilt.
