Quest: In The Shadows of Shadesteel. Is this quest bugged? i've been at the wagon, footprints and into that mine a few times in the last week but it does not update my journal, i've tried hugging all walls and placables with no update so far.
Shadowscape Citizenship. When you speak with Merrick Ryomyer you can ask about how one might go about living in Shadowscape, and refers to a NPC behind him(maybe Merrick himself has been moved or the NPC he refers to have been) If so, where should i go to get a citizenship.

I added the portal captain back in. He'll tell you just to touch the ley node, but this should help eliminate future confusion.
