I've been getting them too. It's been worse lately, yes.
But eh, I can't tell if it's just normal or different. Ever since the server move, even my 50 mbit internet lags like crap on Amia.

My guessing it's because ISPs are so busy trying to cram as much bandwidth down their pipes, they forget to check and see if a packet is time-sensitive.

I've been getting the same thing. Started on Sunday, and the game is almost unplayable for me. Seems to be some pretty specific times too. I've tried everything I can to fix it on my end.  Approx. 14:00 GMT - 20:00 GMT is the problem times. Would make sense that European traffic is higher in that timeframe, however what doesn't make sense is that this has not happened to be until this last weekend. And now it happens about the same time every day.

Probably doesn't lag for those in the states, but I'm getting lagg over in Asia. Actually heck, I have a constant 400 ms latency since 3 weeks ago.
Actually wondering if I could start shadowjumping on Slaenvir with all the late packets if this keeps up.

I'm the best test of distance being a factor. My issues are little to none honestly, just a wee bit of a lag. No teleporting bugs or stuff. It sounds like its a local ISP issue, and not the server at all.
