Don't spam off topic with this stuff!

As we try to claim that Amia is a RP server, I'd think that a thread about RP, in Amia, is more relevant than a build topic which has minimal bearing on anything IC in Amia.

Favoring a build thread to be in the General forum, over an RP related thread, doesn't exactly give a first impression of "We are an RP server", particularly to a new player who is significantly more likely to look in General than off topic, should they happen to visit the forums to learn about the server.
