Well first off hello to everyone. Just recently started playing on this server. Myself and my son both play and recently (last night) my wife started to play with us as well. Now we have 3 seperate computers and 3 seperate NWN codes (and all expansions) However my wife's sign-in keeps getting booted.... Why would that be? I log on my computer just fine log out and sign in my computer with her name and it auto boots. Same CD codes same computer and *boot* I have tried it on all 3 computers with same result, I can get in but she gets booted. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance for any info or help.

Did she create her character with the same CD-key she is now trying to play with?
If not, she needs to either create a new char and get it up to lvl 10 or contact a DM.

Might be a port forwarding issue, or a security issue, Disco or Nekhy would likely be able to help you with this, I think..

you need to make sure everyone has different client IDs in the NWNplayer or something file i think it is. If you dont, you may or may not crash the server for several hours. I may or may not have accidentally learned this lesson the hard way.

there's also a good chance its the problem yurell described, with you not using the CD key the character was originally created on. my brother and I had this problem in the past.

It is possibly that. Security feature so your account doesn't get hijacked.

I can check for you if you post or PM me the two account names in question.

(Note: Do not post or PM your CD Keys or account credentials. Don't give these to Anyone. We should only need the name of the login.)
