I just really need to know if it's not worth getting bluff/intimidate/persuade if my charisma bonus is 0
Will I still be good at it?
If I put this in the build topic it will never get answered or will take a really long time,I just really need to know now, sorry.

You can still get it. Except that when you need to make a roll the CHA modifier will not be added, only the skillpoints. The max modifier a character can have, is 14.

That means a deficit of 14 to the rolls, but it might not make a difference if you keep maxing or maybe even buying feats of skill focus on either.

Keep in mind, though, that social rolls like bluff/intimidate/persuade are usually only efficient against NPCs. The skills were not made to be used against PCs and while some people might be courteous and accept the roll, there will be those that might just plain ignore your rolls.

Not wanting to shot down your idea. Just giving you a warning, so you will not be frustrated if people does not accept the rolls.

saying that when keri bluffs it's usally accepted, but then again "look is that the rolly guy and his airship" people usally go along with it just for hysterics
