On Amia there's so much pointing to the contrary about Tiamat, Iron, that we may as well cal it a houserule and be done with it. The Dark Flight pretty much sealed it away back on Arelith.

You mean about the dragon deity bit?

Yeah, we can just say a lot of her worshipers are dragons. And indeed, she is served by powerful dragon pawns. But I still wouldn't say she's primarily or only a dragon deity (unlike the Draconomicon-exclusive gods) since she has several human cults. I just pointed it out to counter the thought that she wouldn't submit to a human god, as a dragon god. They're both part of the same pantheon, so yeah, she might.
