Draconic Psyche is specific for each color type and laid out in the Draconomicon. It is the fact that draconic blood is present, its like uncaging the beast within, instincts which were not present before become that way, or at least that's my take on it.

I've got a question regarding this.

They say a level 10 Dragon Disciple is effectively a half dragon. Not literally, taking that levelup doesnt go back in time and change who your characters pappy was, but, just as if it did.

So.

Whats a level 11-20 Dragon Disciple?

lets have a look mechanically... 3 more d10's on breath, 2 more points in armor, a hit die increase, and two bonus feats of a pretty generic looking list with a few epic metamagic feats on there.

so whatever you can deduce from that. I wouldn't give it an "equivalent to a 3/5 dragon" or anything because thats just not right, they just get more dragony. thicker, tougher scales, and stronger dragon breath.

Something that should be destroyed with a thermonuclear reaction, according to Ruce.

I'd go with this, yes.

Is it possible to do this, become a DD and have the Dragon for the Dragon Disiple chosen by a dice roll?

Given the Dragon is the players choice, sure. Just create a character and before you take DD, roll a D10.

You'd need a d12 technically.

5 metallic, 5 chromatic, Shadow, and 12 being roll again, or something.
